Needed a same day fix after the door cable broke and was unable to close/open and came off tracks. Precision was able to send repair technician within a few hours. James showed up and assessed the situation and said he could take care of it. He gave an estimate and suggested additional spring by code which was not included on original house build installation. James replaced all hardware with improved rollers. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and was able to complete the job. The door currently is working great and quieter than before. Thank you James for a Great job!!

Amazing service!!!’n I called Precision and explained my problem to the lady who asked pertinent questions in a friendly and caring manner, she scheduled an appointment for a tech person to visit and diagnose the problem. Within half an hour I received a notice a tech was on his way. The tech Jim was friendly and professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong, instantly developed a quote for repair, and even showed me the parts needed and what they cost. Jim immediately got to work and completed the repair within 2 hours. He was incredible! I highly recommend Precision for its service and ability to solve the problem the same day I contacted them. 5 Star plus service.

The experience working with the precision garage door team has been very pleasant. Our garage door spring snapped on Saturday. I figured it would be Monday before i can get any house calls. I just had a great experience working with Precision Garage Door. One of my 40+ year old garage door openers bit the dust on Sunday. I called Monday morning and set up an appointment for Tuesday (they were willing to come Monday but I was unavailable). Their tech Steve called Tuesday and said he could arrive earlier if convenient. Great guy, reviewed their products and features & benefits. I decided to replace my other working opener as they offered an attractive deal to do both. Steve installed both belt driven units in about 3 hours. Much quieter than our old chain driven units. Steve reviewed all the features of the units and the warranty. I couldn't be more pleased with their response, professionalism and quality work. Thanks Precision!

Great experience. I made an appointment online for today between 10-12 because my opener was opening and closing on its own. I did try to troubleshoot it myself but couldn't get it to work. I received a call from Cole and a message saying he was on his way. I got a picture too. Cole came (on time) and checked out the system and found numerous problems. He presented 3 options for me to think about. I decided to get a new opener and drive and all new components. He installed everything right away and was pretty fast. Cole did a beautiful job and the opener is so much quieter and smooth. The whole process was organized and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

I found your company on a Google search and after reading your 5 star reviews I made an online appointment! It was so nice (and very easy) to choose a day and time that worked with our schedule! Communication by your company was great so we knew someone would be showing up for the scheduled appointment! I purchased a replacement garage door and opener. The technician ( Bryan) came on time and removed my old door and opener and installed the new door and opener in about 3 hrs. He did this himself and removed the old door and left the garage clean. I am totally satisfied with the new door and opener.

Amazing service and experience!! I chose Precision based on their TV ads. I was able to book an appointment online for the very next day.
