The experience working with the precision garage door team has been very pleasant. Our garage door spring snapped on Saturday. I figured it would be Monday before i can get any house calls. But i called precision garage door. They work on Sunday! That was a pleasant surprise. Emily found me a slot the same day i called. And before Zach arrived he gave me a heads up he’s on the way. He was super pleasant and professional. The whole process of quote and installation was efficient. I recommend this company if you need garage door installation or repairs.

We called Precision Doors about an issue with our garage door and a technician arrived the next day. Anthony, the technician was great. He diagnosed the issue and offered different solutions, The work, including preventive maintenance on the other garage door was completed in less than 2 hours. The quality of the work was excellent. I just had a great experience working with Precision Garage Door. One of my 40+ year old garage door openers bit the dust on Sunday. I called Monday morning and set up an appointment for Tuesday (they were willing to come Monday but I was unavailable). Their tech Steve called Tuesday and said he could arrive earlier if convenient. Great guy, reviewed their products and features & benefits. I decided to replace my other working opener as they offered an attractive deal to do both. Steve installed both belt driven units in about 3 hours. Much quieter than our old chain driven units. Steve reviewed all the features of the units and the warranty. I couldn't be more pleased with their response, professionalism and quality work. Thanks Precision!

Great experience. I made an appointment online for today between 10-12 because my opener was opening and closing on its own. I did try to troubleshoot it myself but couldn't get it to work. I received a call from Cole and a message saying he was on his way. I got a picture too. Cole came (on time) and checked out the system and found numerous problems. He presented 3 options for me to think about. I decided to get a new opener and drive and all new components. He installed everything right away and was pretty fast. Cole did a beautiful job and the opener is so much quieter and smooth. The whole process was organized and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Communication by your company was great so we knew someone would be showing up for the scheduled appointment! I purchased a replacement garage door and opener. The technician ( Bryan) came on time and removed my old door and opener and installed the new door and opener in about 3 hrs. He did this himself and removed the old door and left the garage clean. I am totally satisfied with the new door and opener.

Amazing service and experience!! I chose Precision based on their TV ads. I was able to book an appointment online for the very next day. Also, I called the Saratoga phone number and a rep answered the phone at 9:00 in the evening! She confirmed the appointment and I was able to explain in more detail the situation. I highly recommend Precision Door! I called at 9 am because my garage door wouldn’t open and kept “obouncing” Peyton arrived at 11am after texting with a picture so I knew who would be arriving. He was highly professional, explained what was wrong and gave us 3 options for our garage door, springs, cables and rails. He had everything fixed quickly and our door has never opened and closed so smoothly and quietly! And it cost less than I expected!

I called on a Sunday morning for a broken spring and got an appt for Monday between 8 and 10 am. Zach showed up at 8:10, evaluated the situation and provided suggestions and estimates. He then performed the agreed upon work and finished about 9:40. Cost was about $1100. Is that too high? Not sure. But I was quite happy with Zach and the work he performed. My garage door now works well and I have a 3 year warranty. So I consider myself to be a satisfied customer and would use them again. Thanks!
