I was dealing with a misalignment on my garage door for weeks, tried to fix it myself, but to no avail. I kept putting it off, then one busy afternoon when I was flat on my back at physical therapy, I looked up the number to on my phone, called and got an appointment right away! There was someone home so I sent them right over, When I got home my door was fixed at a great price. Life doesn’t get much easier than that folks. If only everyone was this dependable. Been a customer for years! Highly recommend!

Cole came to change garage door opener code on a Saturday at the time I was told he’d arrive. He was courteous and polite, knew exactly what he was doing and had the job done in very little time. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I need service. The price was very fair too.

All I had was a service call where they looked at the door. The quoted price to repair was outrageous. I would have been happy to pay the cost of parts and a couple hundred for labor, but they quoted almost a thousand dollars to replace a spring and a couple pullies.

Andrew and Nolan installed a replacement steel garage door identical to the original. I asked if I could use my old motor and they said fine. I noticed an unusual noise after a day or so and asked for someone to come by and check it out. Today Chris came out and told me the motor is not in good enough condition to continue service. This should have been mentioned at the time of installation. Other than that, good service.

Chose Precision because they are local and offer 24 hour service. My one car garage door was open 3/4 and wouldn't budge. Earliest appointment available was three days out but they managed to squeeze me in within 24 hours. Other than sticker shock at the nearly $1700 cost of repair, I am 100 percent satisfied with the speed, efficiency and quality of the job. Staff is friendly and professional.

I called Precision based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law and after reading so many positive online reviews. One of the springs on my garage door snapped. As is usually the case, our garage door opener screeched to its end and one of the door springs split into two pieces at the same time. They were old, for sure. So I went online to research garage door companies. I decided to call Precision based on its great reviews, its website and the fact that they had photos and info of their service personnel on their site. Called last Tuesday afternoon and was given an appointment for Wednesday morning. That was perfect for me as I didn’t need them there the same day. Andrew arrived on time, assessed the problem and provided me with a few options and costs. He was patient and helpful, answering all my questions, while I looked up the recommended opener online to see what I would be getting. So I agreed to a new opener, springs and a couple other parts that were also starting to show their age (at least 15 years old). I honestly thought I would have to schedule another appointment to have the work done, but he said he had everything he needed in his van and could complete the job in less that two hours, I believe. And he did! And now I have an awesome new garage door opener that is way more quieter than the old one and a door that now opens much more smoothly. So very happy I chose Precision to do the work and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Precision was very responsive. My door needed replacement, but the Technician was able to make an adjustment to the springs and replace the cables to ensure dependable service until the new door is available. They communicate very well when to expect the service technician, along with their name and a picture. He presented options for my wife and I to select from, and was neat & professional.
