Andrew arrived only a couple days after I requested a quote. He was quick and informative, so we decided to go with Precision for our garage door installation. The installation was scheduled quickly. On the day of installation, Brian arrived on time by himself. We were concerned that the installation may not go well with only one installer. Boy, were we wrong! Brian was very courteous, informative and worked hard to get the doors installed the same day. Before he left, he made sure the doors opened and closed properly. I was very disappointed with the estimates I received. They seem kinda high, so I shopped around, found a competitor that will do only the work I specified for half of my lowest estimate from precision. The person that showed up seemed to try to upsell me when all I needed was two garage door springs and safety cables installed that was it.

I was really stuck. My garage door went off the rollers and I could not get it to go down. And of course it was a holiday week. I called on Thursday and was initially given a Sunday appointment (which I was happy to take because the first place I called wanted to give me an appointment well over a week in the future). But then the very next day I got a call from Andrew, your tech, saying that he could be over in a half an hour. I was exceedingly happy. Andrew showed up and performed an inspection and gave me two repair options. I chose one and Andrew fixed our garage door in less than 1 hour. There were no surprises. Andrew did a great job, I am very happy with the work, and will definitely call Precision in the future.
