I was contacted with a window of time when the tech would be coming. Zack called and let me know how soon he would be arriving. He assessed the door and offered to give me a quote. We discussed the new suggestions and decided upon what I wanted done today.He got to work and when it was complete I opened and closed the door and he made a adjustment and the job was complete.He brought up the invoice on his tablet and payment was made and it was all set.Would highly recommend Precision!

I started being a customer of Precision Door about 2 years ago. I believe I identified 2-3 companies I would call to get both my garage doors serviced and only Precision was able to arrange a timely service visit. Customers tend to like prompt service so Precision got off on the right foot. I upgraded many parts including the broken spring(s) which prompted the calls. The service technicians were and are both friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Local businesses gain and retain business through advertising and referrals. I would be comfortable referring anyone needing garage door work to Precision..

I have had issues with my garage door for awhile and was reluctant to make a call because I didn’t want to get ripped off. A friend had Precision Door Services do major repairs on her garage door and highly recommended the company to me as did my neighbor. Zack arrived early after calling for permission to do so. He explained what needed to be done, gave me 3 monetary options to choose from and completed the work in under 2 hours. He also provided a brief tutorial of the new system and how things worked. Zake put new spring in door and rewinded both sides wires and removed of spring that was broken and then Zake tightened spring 35 turns. I paid by check for this service. When do I get receipt for job done. I got estimates today but no receipt. I also gave Zake a check for $1374.00 for down payment for new garage door and accessories of 40% of job when do I get receipt for that? I did get the estimates for the job. Why did I call precision? You had 25 reviews...22 were 5***** 2 reviews were 4**** 1 review was not good but a Manager or owner called customer to explain the miss understanding of contract.. You came on Sunday and fixed broken door and I order new door same day. Zake is a 5***** Technician. Thank you so much Bob...

Getting an appointment was easy and set up for the day after I called. The technician called prior to his arrival with an ETA. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He listened as I explained what was happening with my newly installed garage door opener. After checking for possible problems he was able to reset the travel functions and correct the sensor issues. He completed a safety inspection and and offered some advised regarding the safety sensors positioning. The garage door operated correctly after he left. I am happy with the results of the service.
