Zack Maki was above and beyond great! Super personality! Knows his job well. He didn't try to talk me into anything and told me all of my options. Never pushed one of them. Answered my questions but w/o any emphasis on his thoughts. As a 67 yr old single woman, living alone, I totally appreciated seeing a pic of him before he arrived. This made me feel safer, esp when there's so many scams out there! Your cs is the best! You sure know how to give great cs and have great employees! Again, Kuddo's to Zack for doing a super job! He installed the opener and fixed things, springs, cables, pulleys, that needed fixing on the garage door. I'm very happy with his work and how he showed me everything before taking my pmt.

Zak came out the afternoon I called (I'm 60 miles from Albany) and inspected my garage door problem, as well as looked at the entire system. The door system was 20 years old and needed some key parts, but he did not recommend an entire new door, only parts that were clearly no longer functioning (motor, cable & bearings). No heavy upsale, showed us what the issues were, made his recommendation and waited for us to make our decision. He was able to replace the parts right then and had our door working within a few hours. He was proficient, friendly and patient. Wonderful service!

A spring fell off one of our garage doors on a Saturday evening. It was a great experience from the time I called Precision. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. The person answering the phones was very courteous and was able to provide a quote on the spot. The technician notified me when he was on the way, and he was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions, made recommendations and provided excellent service! I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future!

One of the springs on the rod over my garage door had broken, and I didn't see if for about two weeks. The door operated anyways, just slower opening and closing. Bing Search recommended Precision Overhead Door, so I called them. They showed up when they said they would, assessed what needed to be done, and did the work quickly. I called on a Sunday morning for a broken spring and got an appt for Monday between 8 and 10 am. Zach showed up at 8:10, evaluated the situation and provided suggestions and estimates. He then performed the agreed upon work and finished about 9:40. Cost was about $1100. Is that too high? Not sure. But I was quite happy with Zach and the work he performed. My garage door now works well and I have a 3 year warranty. So I consider myself to be a satisfied customer and would use them again. Thanks!

When I called Precision for our broken door, I was able to talk to an actual very helpful person who was able to schedule the tech to come to our home on our schedule. Zack arrived right on time, and in a few minutes assessed the door and was able to discuss options and pricing. He helped us decide on repair work, and he had everything in his van to complete all of the repairs. The service was great, reasonable cost, and our door is working better than it has in a long time. We are very pleased with all aspects of the service, from the initial call to the work done to the pricing!!!

I was dealing with a misalignment on my garage door for weeks, tried to fix it myself, but to no avail. I kept putting it off, then one busy afternoon when I was flat on my back at physical therapy, I looked up the number to on my phone, called and got an appointment right away! There was someone home so I sent them right over, When I got home my door was fixed at a great price. Life doesn’t get much easier than that folks. If only everyone was this dependable. Been a customer for years! Highly recommend!

I had an emergency issue with the spring on my garage door breaking, as I was having furniture picked up from my garage and a closing on a sale happening soon. Zack from Precision was at our house a few hours after we called. Our 25 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. He had everything he needed in his truck and efficiently installed a new Genie opener and key pad. He was thorough in explaining the options available and their features. Very pleased with Precision.

We knew the garage door needed help. It is so hard to find anyone to fix them, so we call Precision. What an absolutely wonderful find it was for us! Not only were they able to come the same day but they stayed and fixed it completely - all in the same day!!! On arrival he was able to analyze and give us a quite reasonable estimate. It had been about 20 years or so since we had put in the existing equipment. The work was completed and everything new in a very short time. We were so surprised that what they advertise is actually VERY TRUE!! We highly recommend this company and the wonderful people who work on the doors. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

During a cold snap the base of our garage door froze to the floor. When we tried to open it, the motor ripped the opener arm right off of the garage door. Within 24 hours (and on a Saturday), Precision had it fixed and then some, replacing some worn out parts and redoing our garage main spring that had been inadequately sized by the local overhead door company that did work for us a few years ago. Also, Zack was fantastic. Great attitude and thoroughly answered any questions I had. We will 100% be calling Precision next time we have any garage door problems.

Amazing service and experience!! I chose Precision based on their TV ads. I was able to book an appointment online for the very next day. Also, I called the Saratoga phone number and a rep answered the phone at 9:00 in the evening! She confirmed the appointment and I was able to explain in more detail the situation. The tech Zack was great. He went over everything and he was very thorough. He fixed the door to our satisfaction. In an age where good customer service has virtually disappeared Precision stands above and beyond!
