The technician, ZacK M, was wonderful. He thoroughly explained the issues to me, and fixed the door. The price was extremely reasonable, though he said this would not be a permanent fix. He said the permanent fix would be several thousand dollars, which I think is absurb and I am unwilling to pay that, but at least this tides me over. Zack was also very friendly and personable, so I was very pleased overall.

Returned from our Winter home and found the rubber gasket seal along the bottom of our garage door where it meets the ground had badly deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Called several Vendors (we had not needed garage door services in the past). The person we spoke with at Precision was professional and helpful, answering as best he could, all the questions I had, questions the other vendors either could not answer or gave vague answers ("we won't know until we get there", etc) Precision gave us a good cost estimate (which was quite a bit lower than the other guestimates) and offered to send someone out that day and, as arranged, the technician arrived right on time. Cole was courteous and professional. He did a quick "safety inspection" of the overall door system and gave us some recommendations (which I was expecting) but he did not try to pressure me to have any other additional work done. After the inspection, he replaced the gasket and secured it in about 15 minutes and we were done. Problem solved--looks good. The price was reasonable and would definitely call again if any repairs need to be made

Phenomenal service. Called at 5:45PM after coming home to a broken spring, and was able to set up a service call for first thing in the morning. When the technician (Cole) was on his way, I received a phone call and a text message with his photo and credentials. Cole was professional, starting with a safety inspection covering all aspects of the opening mechanism. We then spoke about his findings, and he pointed out a slightly bent track and signs of wear on my rollers and lateral clearance in my bearings, all of which likely contributed to the broken spring. He walked me through his recommended repairs, and quickly got to work. He was in and out within 1-1/2 hours and my garage door is the smoothest and quietest it’s been.

The worst service I ever had by anyone. Workmanship is terrible. Installed by amateurs. Plus they returned after I called for fixing the problems and they were clueless about the issues. After just a short time I just wanted them to leave and never return. Would never recommend their services to anyone, anyone!

During a cold snap the base of our garage door froze to the floor. When we tried to open it, the motor ripped the opener arm right off of the garage door. Within 24 hours (and on a Saturday), Precision had it fixed and then some, replacing some worn out parts and redoing our garage main spring that had been inadequately sized by the local overhead door company that did work for us a few years ago. Also, Zack was fantastic. Great attitude and thoroughly answered any questions I had. We will 100% be calling Precision next time we have any garage door problems.

Anthony was the best service guy I ever dealt with. He was on time and totally transparent. Repair took very little time and was at a reasonable price point. I would definitely recommend this company. I had called 2 separate companies and the told me some song and dance. I had a business for over 35 years and wished I had a staff like Precision.

A personable young man came with a professioal approach and explained his approach to the job. Shortly, he came back to me explaining his two estimates:one for a new door and one for repairing the old door. Each estimate was clear and concise so that i was able to come to an immediate decision and the repair was completed in a prompt and efficient manner. The worksite was left clean and without any notice of repair debrie.I was very pleased with all aspects of the job!

It is so refreshing to not have to go through a pre-recorded voice mail option to set up an appointment. Secondly, I want to compliment the work performed today at our home by your technician, Mr. Zach Maki. Mr. Maki was very pleasant and polite and he really knows the business!! He immediately diagnosed our GDO problem and after getting our approval to proceed with the repairs he embarked upon repairing the door right away. I was shocked at how quickly he completed the job. His work was thorough and he was very personable as well. Whenever we need future work on our GDO, I am going to request him personally to perform the repairs. Andrew could not have been more professional. We had a major problem in that we could not even get our cars out of our garage.
