Painless to request an appointment online and I was able to schedule the appointment for the very next day. Tech called prior to my appointment time so I was ready when he came. Fixed my issue quickly and was such a nice man. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service.

On Friday I arrived home and just minutes after walking in the house I heard I loud bang from my attached garage. Rushed out to find a cable hanging loose and the door out of commission. Recently I had received a Val-pak booklet with Precision Door inside. I had checked the web and read the reviews and was impressed by the customer comments, so I knew who to contact on Friday. I was surprised I could make a Sunday appointment. Sunday I was contacted by Andrew who asked if he could come earlier. How often does that happen??? He arrived shortly after and assessed the issues with the door. Gave me options for repair and once I made my selection, he completed the work I requested. I could not have asked for better results. I will now recommend Precision to all the homeowners in my development. So impressed with the whole process from start to finish!!!

This is the 3rd time using Precision for garage door issues. Every time I am so pleased with the quality of the service the technicians provide and the product. Today Brandon was the technician here to fix a broken seal (due to freezing) and a piece of trim which broke because of the seal. I am so happy with the work Brandon did and the way Precision does business. Brandon replaced both the seal and the trim. Door now works so smoothly, and the seal is keeping out the wind and snow! I would recommend Precision to everyone and anyone who has issues with their garage door.
