Precision Garage Door was recommended to me by one of my neighbors, Carol Lemner. I am so glad I took her advice & called. It was refreshing to have someone answer your phone & took all the necessary information. Jeremy was the service rep & was able to see the problem immediately & actually showed me the problem. He is very knowledgeable as well as courteous & professional. Even though my current garage door is quite old, I feel confident that I will call Precision to repair and/or replace the door. Precision Garage Door was a pleasure to do business with from the initial phone call to the door opener installation. An actual person answered when I called. Christina was professional and courteous. We set an appointment for the next day. Later I received a call from ShaRaad saying Mike could come today. Mike was extremely knowledgeable. Listened to the type of door opener that I wanted. He had the old opener out and the new opener installed in a jiffy. I will always use Precision.

We are very excited about our new opener and service! I asked precision to come and see if they could repair the old opener. The tech who was scheduled was sick today, so the manager came earlier himself. AJ showed me the worn out sprocket in my 27-year-old opener. He then installed a new unit, with new tracks and new keypad, new rollers and everything, all programmed and done in about an hour. Long-term problem was very quickly and efficiently solved today. Thank you.
