I purchased a replacement garage door and opener. The technician ( Bryan) came on time and removed my old door and opener and installed the new door and opener in about 3 hrs. He did this himself and removed the old door and left the garage clean. I am totally satisfied with the new door and opener.

I called on a Sunday morning for a broken spring and got an appt for Monday between 8 and 10 am. Zach showed up at 8:10, evaluated the situation and provided suggestions and estimates. He then performed the agreed upon work and finished about 9:40. Cost was about $1100. Is that too high? Not sure. But I was quite happy with Zach and the work he performed. My garage door now works well and I have a 3 year warranty. So I consider myself to be a satisfied customer and would use them again. Thanks!

Precision Garage Door Service was recommended to me by a neighbor when it became clear, on this very cold day, that I needed professional service in a hurry due to a fear of freezing water pipes in the garage. Zack from Precision was at our house a few hours after we called. Our 25 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. We knew the garage door needed help. It is so hard to find anyone to fix them, so we call Precision. What an absolutely wonderful find it was for us! Not only were they able to come the same day but they stayed and fixed it completely - all in the same day!!! On arrival he was able to analyze and give us a quite reasonable estimate. It had been about 20 years or so since we had put in the existing equipment. The work was completed and everything new in a very short time. We were so surprised that what they advertise is actually VERY TRUE!! We highly recommend this company and the wonderful people who work on the doors. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

Andrew arrived only a couple days after I requested a quote. He was quick and informative, so we decided to go with Precision for our garage door installation. The installation was scheduled quickly. On the day of installation, Brian arrived on time by himself. We were concerned that the installation may not go well with only one installer. Boy, were we wrong! Brian was very courteous, informative and worked hard to get the doors installed the same day. Before he left, he made sure the doors opened and closed properly. Getting an appointment was easy and set up for the day after I called. The technician called prior to his arrival with an ETA. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He listened as I explained what was happening with my newly installed garage door opener. After checking for possible problems he was able to reset the travel functions and correct the sensor issues. He completed a safety inspection and and offered some advised regarding the safety sensors positioning. The garage door operated correctly after he left. I am happy with the results of the service.

We are very excited about our new opener and service! I asked precision to come and see if they could repair the old opener. The tech who was scheduled was sick today, so the manager came earlier himself. AJ showed me the worn out sprocket in my 27-year-old opener. He then installed a new unit, with new tracks and new keypad, new rollers and everything, all programmed and done in about an hour. Long-term problem was very quickly and efficiently solved today.
