I called in the morning and had an appointment for that afternoon to repair or replace my garage door opener. Cory was professional to work with. He installed a new opener, outdoor code pad and new inside pads all within 40 minutes at a reasonable price . I highly recommend him!

We have used Precision in the past on our 2 different houses. Brian was great when he was with your company last summer in 2026 and he provided us with excellent customer service when installing a new garage door. He spent 10 hours alone replacing the garage door due to the previous door being water damaged. Also, I have had Anthony come out to.our other house a couple of times ( including today 10/6) replacing and repairing hardware for our existing garage door. Anthony was also great at providing excellent customer , professionalism and conveying information to us. We will continue to use Prescion in the future. Ed Martenis

We were very satisfied with the work done. Also, having the work done on Sunday afternoon, was great for we are so busy next week and with a call from Precision that a repairman could come Sunday instead of Monday morning was perfect. Great job.

Anthony came out to give me an estimate. His description of work needed and why was very thorough. The estimate seemed well in line with the service required, so I had him do the work right then. He finished it in a timely manner and took the time to show me what he had done, and why. The door worked so much better when he finished.

your technician Zach did a wonderful job of replacing a spring on one door and replacing the opener on the other. My only problem was the price, but i guess todays economy is out of control!

James was able to come to my house earlier than expected, which was great for me. He explained everything and gave me some options for replacements and upgrades. He worked quickly and efficiently. The door is now quieter than ever with the new nylon rollers. The new rubber bottom strip looks better than the old worn out piece. Thanks !!!

Anthony Hill called before his arrival, arrived on time, gave me three different options and went with the one that suited me best. He was courteous, professional, and very reassuring. My only issue with Precision was that their website would not allow me to schedule my appointment online without a cell phone. Sierra was very helpful when I called the office and she scheduled an appointment within a few hours, but it seems like their website should give an option for people who want to schedule an appointment using their home phone. But the fact that both of the staff people that I interacted with were so very helpful and easy to deal with makes it even better than dealing with an online form!

When the spring on my Garage Door broke the first place I thought of Precision Garage Door because of your advertising on TV about your quick responses to be precise. When I called, I was told someone could come the very next morning. Great so I thought. No, it was great that sone could come so quickly, but to my surprise (but not totally unexpected) it was much worse than I thought it was. I needed an entirely new setup. All moving parts to be exact. I needed all new springs, rollers, and everything ect... At that point I did the only thing I could do that made sense to me because everything was the same age at 14+ years old. I had them do everything that moved and I had them install a brand-new Garage Door Opener. To my surprise they really do have everything in their trucks for repairs and more. When they were done everything worked GREAT and because I got a belt drive Garage Door Opener, I could barely even hear it while I was standing in the garage. My old chain drive Garage Door Opener mad so much noise from the 1st day that I could hear it in the basement. They even programmed my wife's car to open the new Garage Door Opener & the outside wall mounted control. I am very happy with everything. Your Quick response was great. Thank You, Precision Garage Door --- I will be revering you to my friends.
