As usual, appointment made within a day or two for prompt, affordable, and professional service for any garage door needs, Precision is a no brainer. Had them come fix another door and motor two years ago and the company has not declined in service and professionalism like most have in the last few years. In fact, the same technician came this time, Zach, so it was familiar for both of us. It’s also welcoming to see the same employees overtime. It’s very rare and says a lot about the company he works for. Anyways I would highly recommend precision you’re still here.

When the day started out with the new garage door not opening with 2 cars in that was beginning of frustration. The customer rep said she would get a service specialist but she would have to call the specialist because the door was still warranty. Didn't understand that and I admit was a little hot under the collar. But the specialist called and set up the specialist repair guy. He got here about 5PM and explained the problem . I can't understand for being just a year old why the rails had bends in both rails,wheels cam off the track and jammmed the door even when we used the Emergancy cord. As we found out that wouldn't work because the wheels that came off the track lock the door up.Like I said I don't understand how that could have happen. Its working great now and he ( Anthony Hill ) did a great job and explained everything to me. Maybe he thought the springs ( 1 or both he tighten them a little more. He couldn't figure it out why the bends in the rails got there. It was definitely wasn't my anything. Maybe after a new installation there should be a Free 6 month inspection to check all connections and the rails and wheels.

Needed a same day fix after the door cable broke and was unable to close/open and came off tracks. Precision was able to send repair technician within a few hours. James showed up and assessed the situation and said he could take care of it. He gave an estimate and suggested additional spring by code which was not included on original house build installation. James replaced all hardware with improved rollers. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and was able to complete the job. The door currently is working great and quieter than before. Thank you James for a Great job!!

Amazing service!!!’n I called Precision and explained my problem to the lady who asked pertinent questions in a friendly and caring manner, she scheduled an appointment for a tech person to visit and diagnose the problem. Within half an hour I received a notice a tech was on his way. The tech Jim was friendly and professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong, instantly developed a quote for repair, and even showed me the parts needed and what they cost. Jim immediately got to work and completed the repair within 2 hours. He was incredible! I highly recommend Precision for its service and ability to solve the problem the same day I contacted them. 5 Star plus service.

At 4pm on a Friday, I discovered that the spring on my garage door opener had broken. I was sure that I would have to wait until the following week for a repair. I called Precision and a tech was there before 5pm. Anthony was great. He laid out the options for the repair. He did not give me a hard sell. He pointed out where my rail was almost rusted away and that my bottom seal was missing a chunk. Anthony got everything fixed. I had access to my garage again before 6pm. He did a wonderful job.

I called Precision because i had seen some advertisements on TV and thought i would give them a try. The promptness and efficiency that they responded to me was unbelievable. Prior to any representative coming to the house, i received a phone call from that representative saying they were on their way, they gave me their estimated time of arrival and told me their name. Jeremy the lead tech on the door install is the standard of customer service, both he and Cole conducted themselves in a complete professional manner, and represented the company as if their names were on the truck.
