I was contacted with a window of time when the tech would be coming. Zack called and let me know how soon he would be arriving. He assessed the door and offered to give me a quote. We discussed the new suggestions and decided upon what I wanted done today.He got to work and when it was complete I opened and closed the door and he made a adjustment and the job was complete.He brought up the invoice on his tablet and payment was made and it was all set.Would highly recommend Precision!

I started being a customer of Precision Door about 2 years ago. I believe I identified 2-3 companies I would call to get both my garage doors serviced and only Precision was able to arrange a timely service visit. Customers tend to like prompt service so Precision got off on the right foot. I upgraded many parts including the broken spring(s) which prompted the calls. The service technicians were and are both friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Local businesses gain and retain business through advertising and referrals. I would be comfortable referring anyone needing garage door work to Precision..

I was very disappointed with the estimates I received. They seem kinda high, so I shopped around, found a competitor that will do only the work I specified for half of my lowest estimate from precision. The person that showed up seemed to try to upsell me when all I needed was two garage door springs and safety cables installed that was it.

This was a difficult job and precision came out on top. I had another company tell me they would not work on this type of door/mechanism. My door was non standard and was manual prior to precision motorizing it. After putting in a new door and motor I had some unknown issue that sometimes cause it to not open. Precisions expert team assessed the issue and installed a new control panel free of charge. Many companies do good work but are unwilling to back it up. Precision stayed on top of the issue and resolved it. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future

I am very satisfied with the service I have received so far. The service technician was ahead of schedule and we reached an agreement to order a new door quickly. He went above and beyond by showing me how to open and close my existing door in the meantime so I can again use my garage. He also helped dig us both out of the snow as my very long driveway has not yet been plowed. I am very grateful.

I have had issues with my garage door for awhile and was reluctant to make a call because I didn’t want to get ripped off. A friend had Precision Door Services do major repairs on her garage door and highly recommended the company to me as did my neighbor. Zack arrived early after calling for permission to do so. He explained what needed to be done, gave me 3 monetary options to choose from and completed the work in under 2 hours. He also provided a brief tutorial of the new system and how things worked. I've seen precision garage door comercials on TV. So you were my first call. Everyone was so friendly and to my surprise a technician was able to come look @ the garage door the next afternoon. Your technician came earlier than the quoted time given. Gave both a repair and door replacement estimate s getting a new door was just a bit more so, I will be pleased to have it installed when it comes in. Thank you

I was really stuck. My garage door went off the rollers and I could not get it to go down. And of course it was a holiday week. I called on Thursday and was initially given a Sunday appointment (which I was happy to take because the first place I called wanted to give me an appointment well over a week in the future). But then the very next day I got a call from Andrew, your tech, saying that he could be over in a half an hour. I was exceedingly happy. Andrew showed up and performed an inspection and gave me two repair options. I chose one and Andrew fixed our garage door in less than 1 hour. There were no surprises. Andrew did a great job, I am very happy with the work, and will definitely call Precision in the future.

Been having issue with door, AJ was service rep set. He listened to what the issue was, checked the System out. Saw what he believed the the issue was. Gave a few recommendations. Explained the quick fix May wind up costing me more money in the long. Told him I’d like a complete replacement. Talked me through what needed to be done. Just waiting till he comes back to install. Vert professional young man. Cares about the costumer. Glad I choice you guys
