My rep, AJ, called ahead of time, showed up on time and knew what he was looking at in 1-2 minutes. Old door company did not set up the auto reverse correctly and after colliding with objects under the door for a few years, finally split in 2 at the top panel. I Will recommend.

Zach did an excellent job of getting us back up and running with all new hardware, torsion spring etc. While I didn't do the original install, it was done with very little room leaving Zach and his boss a bit of work. They were extremely pleasant, never complained and were extremely knowledgeable. Door hasn't worked this quietly and smoothly in 30 years! All new rollers, spring, axle, cables.

Called on Saturday, figuring I would leave a message but somebody answered! I needed to have my garage door checked - it wasn't closing properly, it was making a jittering noise, and it was "heavy" when opened, and unattached from the opener. The person who answered looked at her calendar and said someone could be out on Sunday morning. What a surprise! I said yes. The next day, Zach Maki called me to say he was on the way, and would be there within 20 minutes. He was, and greeted me cheerily. We went over my concerns and then Zach performed an inspection. He found several things wrong with the door hardware. He said we could replace some or all of the failing items. I chose to replace. he looked everything up on his tablet, computed a price and showed me the detailed items. 40 minutes later, the work was completed and we went over things. I found that the door, when unattached from the drive, was still heavy as the door got more than half way closed. He made adjustments on the springs and abrakadabra...it was fixed and balanced. The garage door hadn't been that quiet since I first put the door in. Great work!
