We were very surprised when I called to arrange for our garage door repair this morning. The technician came out this afternoon and completed the task fairly quickly. We usually have problems getting service where we live because of our distance from Albany. Door was fixed and works great now. We will be calling them back because a second door is approaching need for repairs.

A spring on my garage door broke at 2am in the morning. I placed a call to Prescision Garage Door Company at 10am and by 2:45 pm the same day Peyton arrived at my home. He is a very knowledgeable techician and explained in great detail what was needed to repair the garage door. The repair job was completed in a short time. My husband and I were pleased that Precision was a 24-hour service and we called around 6 p.m. hoping for an immediate appointment. They were already booked up for the night. Jason came out a little after 9 the next morning for our 9-12 time frame. He was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job! We thought we only needed a spring replaced but it turned out that part of the opener had snapped. We did not have a Genie opener and Precision only carries parts for Genie. We reluctantly acquiesced to buying a new opener. We spent more than we were hoping to but with the knowledge that we were nearing the end of the life of the typical motor in our existing opener. Had this not been the case, we would have gone another direction. The Genie opener Jason installed is practically silent and glides like a dream. He stabilized the bracket that pulls the door and overall, we feel safer knowing the door is better supported. We hope the Genie product has a long lifespan. All parts come with a five year warranty. So far so good. Thank you Jason for your hard work and Precision for your rapid response!

Can’t give you a review when all I did was talk with your salesmen. why do companies want a review before we get the product doesnt make any sense to me. all i can tell you is Rashadd was very nice, and helpful. one star until I see my new garage doors

I saw your advertisement and decided to try your service. The phone was answered promptly by a friendly lady who promptly took care of getting me a convenient appointment. Michael and Zach arrived promptly, dressed neatly and got right to work . We discussed the problem and solutions available and costs. I made the decision that made me feel safe using the door .
