When the spring on my Garage Door broke the first place I thought of Precision Garage Door because of your advertising on TV about your quick responses to be precise. When I called, I was told someone could come the very next morning. Great so I thought. No, it was great that sone could come so quickly, but to my surprise (but not totally unexpected) it was much worse than I thought it was. I needed an entirely new setup. All moving parts to be exact. I needed all new springs, rollers, and everything ect... At that point I did the only thing I could do that made sense to me because everything was the same age at 14+ years old. I had them do everything that moved and I had them install a brand-new Garage Door Opener. To my surprise they really do have everything in their trucks for repairs and more. When they were done everything worked GREAT and because I got a belt drive Garage Door Opener, I could barely even hear it while I was standing in the garage. My old chain drive Garage Door Opener mad so much noise from the 1st day that I could hear it in the basement. They even programmed my wife's car to open the new Garage Door Opener & the outside wall mounted control. I am very happy with everything. Your Quick response was great. Thank You, Precision Garage Door --- I will be revering you to my friends.

As usual, appointment made within a day or two for prompt, affordable, and professional service for any garage door needs, Precision is a no brainer. Had them come fix another door and motor two years ago and the company has not declined in service and professionalism like most have in the last few years. In fact, the same technician came this time, Zach, so it was familiar for both of us. It’s also welcoming to see the same employees overtime. It’s very rare and says a lot about the company he works for. Anyways I would highly recommend precision you’re still here.

Needed a same day fix after the door cable broke and was unable to close/open and came off tracks. Precision was able to send repair technician within a few hours. James showed up and assessed the situation and said he could take care of it. He gave an estimate and suggested additional spring by code which was not included on original house build installation. James replaced all hardware with improved rollers. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and was able to complete the job. The door currently is working great and quieter than before.
