I was dealing with a misalignment on my garage door for weeks, tried to fix it myself, but to no avail. I kept putting it off, then one busy afternoon when I was flat on my back at physical therapy, I looked up the number to on my phone, called and got an appointment right away! There was someone home so I sent them right over, When I got home my door was fixed at a great price. Life doesn’t get much easier than that folks. If only everyone was this dependable. Been a customer for years! Highly recommend!

A few years ago we had a new door installed by another company. We needed service as the door made a screatching sound and wasn't smooth. The technician arrived and surveyed the door and proposed a fix. He explained it well and went on to replace all the hardware on the door. He said the door itself was an expensive door that didn't need replacing. It works well and we are happy.

We contacted Precision Garage Door Service on January 7th because we were having issues with the door. Making the appointment online was very easy and we received an immediate response. Cole came out the very next day-yesterday morning. He called us earlier than our appointment and it worked out perfectly. Cole was very polite and knowledgeable. He assessed our situation and explained our options. He did what he said he would in the time frame he gave us. We are very pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend Cole and Precision! We have just moved into a new property and the garage door was not hooked up to the opener. I put the call in and immediately got a text reply saying thank you for booking an appointment. I left the message on the day before NY's Eve thinking maybe i'd get a visit the first week of January. They came the next day and also came early. Communication was excellent with first a call to book a time, a text to confirm and then a call from the serviceman to say he could come earlier as he had completed a previous job early. Anthony was his name and when he turned up he was courteous, kind, communicative and listened to what we wanted. A 3 tier approach, 1. get us up and running 2. a quote for a new door and 3. A quote for 2 new doors and mechanics. It's fair to say that our garage door was screwed and upon inspection we found damage to the door, hence why it had been disconnected. Anthony offered options and next steps and then proceeded to get us up and running. He even offered a discount against the work carried out if in the future we booked new doors. All in all 10 out of 10. From first call to hand shakes and goodbye, everything was exemplary.

I had an emergency issue with the spring on my garage door breaking, as I was having furniture picked up from my garage and a closing on a sale happening soon. I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. Zach showed up on time and had the door repaired and open as the trailer pulled up. Zach was courteous and professional. Everything was explained well before and after the repairs. I would highly recommend!

Precision responded promptly to our phone call. They set up an appointment for an estimate on the following day, called a few minutes before arriving at the scheduled time. The service person was easy to work with and did not try to up sell us to getting the second door serviced. He had all the necessary materials on his truck and installed a new door opener in a short period of time. The second company didn't return our call until Precision had nearly completed the installation.

The gentleman came in the middle of an ice storm. He couldn’t get his van up our long driveway so he walked back and forth from our house to his van to get needed supplies. He replaced the black rubber on bottom of 2 garage doors in less than 30 minutes. Excellent work.

Precision Garage Door Service was recommended to me by a neighbor when it became clear, on this very cold day, that I needed professional service in a hurry due to a fear of freezing water pipes in the garage. The service from the beginning to end was excellent. Three hours after I called the door was repaired by a serviceman, James, who was excellent. Notifications were timely and informative. Zack from Precision was at our house a few hours after we called. Our 25 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. He had everything he needed in his truck and efficiently installed a new Genie opener and key pad. He was thorough in explaining the options available and their features. Very pleased with Precision.

We knew the garage door needed help. It is so hard to find anyone to fix them, so we call Precision. What an absolutely wonderful find it was for us! Not only were they able to come the same day but they stayed and fixed it completely - all in the same day!!! On arrival he was able to analyze and give us a quite reasonable estimate. It had been about 20 years or so since we had put in the existing equipment. The work was completed and everything new in a very short time. We were so surprised that what they advertise is actually VERY TRUE!! We highly recommend this company and the wonderful people who work on the doors. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

During a cold snap the base of our garage door froze to the floor. When we tried to open it, the motor ripped the opener arm right off of the garage door. Within 24 hours (and on a Saturday), Precision had it fixed and then some, replacing some worn out parts and redoing our garage main spring that had been inadequately sized by the local overhead door company that did work for us a few years ago. Also, Zack was fantastic. Great attitude and thoroughly answered any questions I had. We will 100% be calling Precision next time we have any garage door problems.
