We appreciated the courteous scheduler who first took our call, the speed to get the appointment, and the professional work by Mike. He was right on time and explained everything that he was going to do. He even provided us with what he felt the cost would be based on his on-site assessment; and then stuck to it. Overall, very pleased with Precision.

From my phone call to the technician arriving your personel we’re cordial and helpful. I received service on the same day. I called Mike was the technician he had to replace my sensors for the garage door to open. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great service.

Precision Garage Door was a pleasure to do business with from the initial phone call to the door opener installation. An actual person answered when I called. Christina was professional and courteous. We set an appointment for the next day. Later I received a call from ShaRaad saying Mike could come today. Mike was extremely knowledgeable. Listened to the type of door opener that I wanted. He had the old opener out and the new opener installed in a jiffy. I will always use Precision.

Mike did a great job for us. He should up on time, and then he worked efficiently to replace torsion springs on both of our garage doors. He was friendly and thorough in his explanations. When I awoke this morning, I knew I had to call as one of the springs was snapped. I was very surprised that he showed up promptly and got all the work done in under two hours. Happy to check that box off my to do list!

Quick response and repair on the weekend is greatly appreciated. I had contacted another company which was closed until Monday but I couldn’t wait. Mike assessed and explained what was needed with several options. Three year warranty is very assuring.

We are very impressed with the responsiveness and accommodation by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Mike S was our technician. He was professional, polite and understanding of our situation. We ended up needing a replacement garage door which was installed two days after his initial visit. Overall, wonderful experience. Thanks Mike!

Professional, efficient, courteous! This is the place to go for overhead garage door work. They got my old, tired wooden door working again after the spring broke.

Needed torsion spring on double garage door replaced. Mike arrived when promised, assessed the project and offered 3 solutions, one of which I chose to fix the door. Would recommend this company to friends as they delivered what they promised.

Fast service, way overpriced. A $60 spring cost us $250. Will not be using them again.

Immediate response. Within 30 minutes of calling the office to set up an appointment, the repairmen were at the house. The two workers were professional and gave clear information regarding options and cost. I couldn’t be happier with Precision Door and their staff. Thank you so much.

Our garage door had been damaged. I chose to contact Precision based on the reviews I read. Making the appointment was very easy and done professionally. The Technician, Mike, arrived on time, assessed the damage and gave me several options and estimates, with no high pressure. The repair work was done within an hour. The garage door now works fine. I’m extremely satisfied with the results.

This morning one of our garage doors went off its track. I requested a quote from Precision Overhead Garage Door online and within 5 minutes got a call back to set up an appointment in the afternoon for an estimate. Mike came exactly on time, gave us an estimate that we accepted, and began working immediately. He finished rehabbing both our doors within an hour. We are very happy with his work and would definitely use Precision again.
