We needed our garage door repaired and began to search online. After reading reviews about Precision Overhead Garage Door Service we decided to give them a try. 1) Called them on Saturday and was pleased to find they could have someone out on Monday. They could actually have someone out on Sunday but we were away for the day. We scheduled the appointment for 8-11 on Monday morning. 2) Andrew called me at 8:05 saying he would arrive approximately at 8:45. He arrived at 8:40 and promptly got to work appraising the repair.
