We called Precision when I determined that our new garage door system (two doors) had been poorly installed, and a callback to correct the operation of the doors wasn't well managed. Precision corrected the poor installation quickly, and the techs showed the system and instructed us in its use. This time, Precision was called for a new problem, and had us running within minutes of their arrival. We had our doors recoded when we lost a clicker from one of our cars, thus rendering our system insecure. Thanks again, Precision!

My garage door needed fixing and who knew which parts were good or bad, certainly not me. Well 2 hrs later the door is working, new parts, controllers, key pad, and springs. It works wellnow and is do quiet. Very nice working with this company and service men, friendly, efficient and very comprehensive to be sure we know what work we will be doing to at the end reviewing all components and warranties. Excellent.

I hired someone to install my garage door opener, they made a total mess of it and it would not work. I called Precision Overhead service on a Thursday they came on Saturday and the service worker AJ found the problem within minutes. I made the decision to go with a professional instead of a handyman. AJ installed a new opener within an hour the same day. We needed our garage door repaired and began to search online. After reading reviews about Precision Overhead Garage Door Service we decided to give them a try. 1) Called them on Saturday and was pleased to find they could have someone out on Monday. They could actually have someone out on Sunday but we were away for the day. We scheduled the appointment for 8-11 on Monday morning. 2) Andrew called me at 8:05 saying he would arrive approximately at 8:45. He arrived at 8:40 and promptly got to work appraising the repair. He provided a quote I agreed to and got to work. Andrew completed his work in record time with fantastic results. Look no further than Precision when looking for residential overhead door repair. AJ and Koddee ( in training) showed up early( called to see if they could come early as the situation of day changed) and I was happy for that. They arrived in pleasant friendly form. AJ was very knowledgeable about how to fix my garage door problems. He was honest that my door was still in good shape and able to be used and the mechanisms should be replaced. He installed an automatic opener and all the bells and whistles for me in a very short time. The garage door opens softly and quietly. A luxury I have been waiting for as my prior mechanism was manual and busted. They were professional and I think the price was very fair. Overall I would give them 10 starts if I could.
