As usual, appointment made within a day or two for prompt, affordable, and professional service for any garage door needs, Precision is a no brainer. Had them come fix another door and motor two years ago and the company has not declined in service and professionalism like most have in the last few years. In fact, the same technician came this time, Zach, so it was familiar for both of us. It’s also welcoming to see the same employees overtime. It’s very rare and says a lot about the company he works for. Anyways I would highly recommend precision you’re still here.

At 4pm on a Friday, I discovered that the spring on my garage door opener had broken. I was sure that I would have to wait until the following week for a repair. I called Precision and a tech was there before 5pm. Anthony was great. He laid out the options for the repair. He did not give me a hard sell. He pointed out where my rail was almost rusted away and that my bottom seal was missing a chunk. Anthony got everything fixed. I had access to my garage again before 6pm. He did a wonderful job.

Highly recommend! They came out within a couple of hours of my call after my garage door came off its track. We had 2 garage doors, one that needed repair and another that needed an opener. We called Precision and were glad that we did. Anthony was our service technician and did a great job fixing our door that had a problem opening, as well as, installing an opener on our other garage door. He was timely, courteous and did a great job handling the work. One of the garage doors required a special opener due to how the garage door was installed. Anthony did a great job and even returned to make a minor adjustment. The office staff and Anthony were both great. We will always use Precision and request Anthony, who was honest in his assessments and recommendations.
