It was a good experience all around: a friendly and helpful person answered my call, we got a same-day appointment, there was good communication about Cole's arrival time to do the repair, and finally Cole was friendly and helpful, did a great job diagnosing the problem, giving me a couple of options, and getting the job done quickly.

The remote control for my Genie Intel locker garage door opener died. Precision Garage Door's service technician quote a ballpark price of $900 to replace the opener motor (which is in perfect working condition) !! The unit motor needed replacement to match code with the new remote.

Came home Friday evening from vacation to a broken torsion spring! Called Precision Garage Door Service late Friday night and had an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. Zack arrived and performed a complete safety inspection of all my door parts and had the new spring installed and balanced in just an hour. Great people to work with, quick turnaround and at a fair price.

I had called 4 overhead door companies for price and availability comparison. The effective website is what prompted me to also contact Precision. Willow, at the call center, has tremendous customer service skills and immediately eased all of my concerns. As soon as I heard that a Technician would be dispatched, that same day; there was no doubt that Precision was getting my business. The Estimator and the Techs all did a great job.
