I had called 4 overhead door companies for price and availability comparison. The effective website is what prompted me to also contact Precision. Willow, at the call center, has tremendous customer service skills and immediately eased all of my concerns. As soon as I heard that a Technician would be dispatched, that same day; there was no doubt that Precision was getting my business. The Estimator and the Techs all did a great job. The Branch Manager ShaRaad went above and beyond every step of the way. Thank you!
