Amazing service!!!’n I called Precision and explained my problem to the lady who asked pertinent questions in a friendly and caring manner, she scheduled an appointment for a tech person to visit and diagnose the problem. Within half an hour I received a notice a tech was on his way. The tech Jim was friendly and professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong, instantly developed a quote for repair, and even showed me the parts needed and what they cost. Jim immediately got to work and completed the repair within 2 hours. He was incredible! I highly recommend Precision for its service and ability to solve the problem the same day I contacted them. 5 Star plus service.

We called Precision Doors about an issue with our garage door and a technician arrived the next day. Anthony, the technician was great. He diagnosed the issue and offered different solutions, The work, including preventive maintenance on the other garage door was completed in less than 2 hours. The quality of the work was excellent. I just had a great experience working with Precision Garage Door. One of my 40+ year old garage door openers bit the dust on Sunday. I called Monday morning and set up an appointment for Tuesday (they were willing to come Monday but I was unavailable). Their tech Steve called Tuesday and said he could arrive earlier if convenient. Great guy, reviewed their products and features & benefits. I decided to replace my other working opener as they offered an attractive deal to do both. Steve installed both belt driven units in about 3 hours. Much quieter than our old chain driven units. Steve reviewed all the features of the units and the warranty. I couldn't be more pleased with their response, professionalism and quality work. Thanks Precision!

One of the springs on the rod over my garage door had broken, and I didn't see if for about two weeks. The door operated anyways, just slower opening and closing. Bing Search recommended Precision Overhead Door, so I called them. They showed up when they said they would, assessed what needed to be done, and did the work quickly. I highly recommend Precision Door! I called at 9 am because my garage door wouldn’t open and kept “obouncing” Peyton arrived at 11am after texting with a picture so I knew who would be arriving. He was highly professional, explained what was wrong and gave us 3 options for our garage door, springs, cables and rails. Precision responded promptly to our phone call. They set up an appointment for an estimate on the following day, called a few minutes before arriving at the scheduled time. The service person was easy to work with and did not try to up sell us to getting the second door serviced. He had all the necessary materials on his truck and installed a new door opener in a short period of time. The second company didn't return our call until Precision had nearly completed the installation.

I called Precision after finding our 5 year old garage door suddenly wouldn't open or close, even manually (due to a broken spring). Cole was our technician and arrived about 1 hour after my phone call! He was amazing, after doing an inspection he gave us 3 options for repairs, including one that replaced basically ALL the garage door parts (and had a 5 year warranty). We chose that plan so we now have an almost new door , new springs, new motor, new keypad and remotes etc. Cole was very respectful, very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all our questions and explained our new keypad. I'm very impressed with this company and their ability to finish a 2 hour job on a same day basis with no advance appointment . Great company to do business with, highly recommend!!

The torsion spring on one of my garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. Instead of tracking down the original installers from ten years ago, I decided to give Precision Doors a call as I had seen their television commercials a number of times and they seemed to have good reviews. I contacted them that same Sunday evening through their website chat function and was connected immediately to a live person. They said they could get someone out the next morning. And sure enough, their repair person showed up at 8 AM. I was informed of his arrival via email and text message and even had a map to show where he was. James explained the various levels of repair and I choose the least expensive option which was $500. Certainly a bit higher than what I was expecting but rather than shopping around I went ahead with him. Perfect job done within an hour. Even though the price was high, I thought it was worth it for the quick response and follow through. Would I call them again? I think so.

I started being a customer of Precision Door about 2 years ago. I believe I identified 2-3 companies I would call to get both my garage doors serviced and only Precision was able to arrange a timely service visit. Customers tend to like prompt service so Precision got off on the right foot. I upgraded many parts including the broken spring(s) which prompted the calls. The service technicians were and are both friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Local businesses gain and retain business through advertising and referrals. I would be comfortable referring anyone needing garage door work to Precision..

I am very satisfied with the service I have received so far. The service technician was ahead of schedule and we reached an agreement to order a new door quickly. He went above and beyond by showing me how to open and close my existing door in the meantime so I can again use my garage. He also helped dig us both out of the snow as my very long driveway has not yet been plowed. I am very grateful.
