Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician called to let me know when he was on his way to my house. He did an overall inspection of my unit and suggested a few other items that needed attention and explained why. After approving the cost, the work was done quickly and the door is operating as it should. Was kept updated along the way.

My door opening cable was broken and my car was trapped in my garage on a Saturday. Thankfully Precision Door has 24 hour service. Zack got here at the earlier time (from 3 to 6 pm) which helped me get things done once he left. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the condition of my door and what I’d need to do in the near future.

We are so happy with the service from Precision Garage Door. Their technician Andrew arrived right on time today. We couldn’t get our door opened which was a problem because our car was inside. Within a couple of hours we had new springs and an overhaul which was needed. Thank you again to the whole team who all helped in solving our garage door problem..

Only garage door company I could get to get an appointment. I saw an ad for same day surface but somehow did not apply. I was told only one tech was on duty. So much for same day service. However your tech was friendly and quick he did a great job thank you
