The Technician, Mike, arrived on time, assessed the damage and gave me several options and estimates, with no high pressure. The repair work was done within an hour. The garage door now works fine. Only garage door company I could get to get an appointment. I saw an ad for same day surface but somehow did not apply. I was told only one tech was on duty. So much for same day service. However your tech was friendly and quick he did a great job thank you
