Precision was great, had a small problem with our electric garage door, they understood the problem and fixed it fast. Also, technician Sherod (Sherrod?) told me everything that was going on so I could do preventative maintenance in the future. I highly recommend Precision.

I was pleased to be able to schedule the needed repairs quickly. Andrew, the technician who brought everything into good working shape, was pleasant and professional. He called ahead to let me know the estimated time he’d arrive. He explained everything he recommended, the replacements that would be needed, and which materials would work with my door. He also asked if I had any questions at all. I would use this business again.

Needed torsion spring on double garage door replaced. Mike arrived when promised, assessed the project and offered 3 solutions, one of which I chose to fix the door. Would recommend this company to friends as they delivered what they promised.

He showed up on time and was polite, courteous and explained everything about the garage to me, including the parts he was going to replace (and also the timeframe/cost for potential future repairs).
