I was contacted with a window of time when the tech would be coming. Zack called and let me know how soon he would be arriving. He assessed the door and offered to give me a quote. We discussed the new suggestions and decided upon what I wanted done today.He got to work and when it was complete I opened and closed the door and he made a adjustment and the job was complete.He brought up the invoice on his tablet and payment was made and it was all set.Would highly recommend Precision!

I was very disappointed with the estimates I received. They seem kinda high, so I shopped around, found a competitor that will do only the work I specified for half of my lowest estimate from precision. The person that showed up seemed to try to upsell me when all I needed was two garage door springs and safety cables installed that was it.

I have had issues with my garage door for awhile and was reluctant to make a call because I didn’t want to get ripped off. A friend had Precision Door Services do major repairs on her garage door and highly recommended the company to me as did my neighbor. Zack arrived early after calling for permission to do so. He explained what needed to be done, gave me 3 monetary options to choose from and completed the work in under 2 hours. He also provided a brief tutorial of the new system and how things worked. I've seen precision garage door comercials on TV. So you were my first call. Everyone was so friendly and to my surprise a technician was able to come look @ the garage door the next afternoon. Your technician came earlier than the quoted time given. Gave both a repair and door replacement estimate s getting a new door was just a bit more so, I will be pleased to have it installed when it comes in. Thank you

I was really stuck. My garage door went off the rollers and I could not get it to go down. And of course it was a holiday week. I called on Thursday and was initially given a Sunday appointment (which I was happy to take because the first place I called wanted to give me an appointment well over a week in the future). But then the very next day I got a call from Andrew, your tech, saying that he could be over in a half an hour. I was exceedingly happy. Andrew showed up and performed an inspection and gave me two repair options. I chose one and Andrew fixed our garage door in less than 1 hour. There were no surprises. Andrew did a great job, I am very happy with the work, and will definitely call Precision in the future.

Zake put new spring in door and rewinded both sides wires and removed of spring that was broken and then Zake tightened spring 35 turns. I paid by check for this service. When do I get receipt for job done. I got estimates today but no receipt. I also gave Zake a check for $1374.00 for down payment for new garage door and accessories of 40% of job when do I get receipt for that? I did get the estimates for the job. Why did I call precision? You had 25 reviews...22 were 5***** 2 reviews were 4**** 1 review was not good but a Manager or owner called customer to explain the miss understanding of contract.. You came on Sunday and fixed broken door and I order new door same day. Zake is a 5***** Technician. Thank you so much Bob...

Good Morning, I think I might have seen your commercials. However, it was very early in the morning and the chat feature worked great. The response was quick and the tech came earlier than expected. Although I wasn't really expecting to get a door replacement, I wasn't really surprised either. I changed that spring a couple of times through the years and quite frankly wasn't up to the task again. The door is probably over fifty years old and long overdo for a replacement. The first time I chose Precision, it was the immediate response because I couldn't get my car out when the springs broke. I have continued to call Precision because they respond promptly, and the technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They don't try to "upsell". Generally they have offered choices with a range of prices for me to choose.
