This is the 3rd time using Precision for garage door issues. Every time I am so pleased with the quality of the service the technicians provide and the product. Today Brandon was the technician here to fix a broken seal (due to freezing) and a piece of trim which broke because of the seal. I am so happy with the work Brandon did and the way Precision does business. Brandon replaced both the seal and the trim. Door now works so smoothly, and the seal is keeping out the wind and snow! I would recommend Precision to everyone and anyone who has issues with their garage door.

I had a GREAT experience with Precision from (start my initial call to finish) when Nolan ( Technician ) completed the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Nolan arrived at my House after my initial call ( about 90 minutes later) Nolan was professional, courteous, personable and very knowledgeable with explaining everything he would be repairing by keeping me informed throughout the repair process.I highly recommend Precision and Nolan as well

Your people, Nolan and Andrew, did an outstanding job. They were at our home about an hour after I called for service. They were skilled and performed their repair work thoroughly, with care and concern (sadly not that common these days). They exceeded expectations. The worst service I ever had by anyone. Workmanship is terrible. Installed by amateurs. Plus they returned after I called for fixing the problems and they were clueless about the issues. After just a short time I just wanted them to leave and never return. Would never recommend their services to anyone, anyone!

I was dealing with a misalignment on my garage door for weeks, tried to fix it myself, but to no avail. I kept putting it off, then one busy afternoon when I was flat on my back at physical therapy, I looked up the number to on my phone, called and got an appointment right away! There was someone home so I sent them right over, When I got home my door was fixed at a great price. Life doesn’t get much easier than that folks. If only everyone was this dependable. Been a customer for years! Highly recommend!

I had an emergency issue with the spring on my garage door breaking, as I was having furniture picked up from my garage and a closing on a sale happening soon. I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. Zach showed up on time and had the door repaired and open as the trailer pulled up. Zach was courteous and professional. Everything was explained well before and after the repairs. I would highly recommend!

During a cold snap the base of our garage door froze to the floor. When we tried to open it, the motor ripped the opener arm right off of the garage door. Within 24 hours (and on a Saturday), Precision had it fixed and then some, replacing some worn out parts and redoing our garage main spring that had been inadequately sized by the local overhead door company that did work for us a few years ago. Also, Zack was fantastic. Great attitude and thoroughly answered any questions I had. We will 100% be calling Precision next time we have any garage door problems.

Anthony was the best service guy I ever dealt with. He was on time and totally transparent. Repair took very little time and was at a reasonable price point. Excellent service and result!! Had my springs break and called Precision - scheduled a call out the very next day. Technician called and showed up at the exact time stated. Checked out my problems and provided 3 options for repair. No pressure and super clear on the reasons. I picked my option and he completed the work within an hour. We have our garage door repaired today due to it not being aligned. Zach our service tech was very friendly and explained how he was going to fix the problem. He had it repaired in about 45 minutes. No issues. I called Precision, due to another local garage door company said that it couldn’t be repaired.
