Anthony came out to give me an estimate. His description of work needed and why was very thorough. The estimate seemed well in line with the service required, so I had him do the work right then. He finished it in a timely manner and took the time to show me what he had done, and why. The door worked so much better when he finished.

your technician Zach did a wonderful job of replacing a spring on one door and replacing the opener on the other. My only problem was the price, but i guess todays economy is out of control!

James was able to come to my house earlier than expected, which was great for me. He explained everything and gave me some options for replacements and upgrades. He worked quickly and efficiently. The door is now quieter than ever with the new nylon rollers. The new rubber bottom strip looks better than the old worn out piece. Thanks !!!

Anthony Hill called before his arrival, arrived on time, gave me three different options and went with the one that suited me best. He was courteous, professional, and very reassuring. My only issue with Precision was that their website would not allow me to schedule my appointment online without a cell phone. Sierra was very helpful when I called the office and she scheduled an appointment within a few hours, but it seems like their website should give an option for people who want to schedule an appointment using their home phone. But the fact that both of the staff people that I interacted with were so very helpful and easy to deal with makes it even better than dealing with an online form!

I called Precision because i had seen some advertisements on TV and thought i would give them a try. The promptness and efficiency that they responded to me was unbelievable. Prior to any representative coming to the house, i received a phone call from that representative saying they were on their way, they gave me their estimated time of arrival and told me their name. Jeremy the lead tech on the door install is the standard of customer service, both he and Cole conducted themselves in a complete professional manner, and represented the company as if their names were on the truck. I am so impressed with today’s service that if at anytime I need any garage door work or door opener work done, Precision will be my first and most likely only phone call.

Didn't really do anything, gave me a quote for some work for over 900.00. I don't feel it would have fixed my issue with the door.

Zack came promptly at appointment time he assessed the situation and informed us of all options for issues. We ultimately decided that we should not be Pennywise and pound foolish. Zack fixed all our issues timely and with such attention to detail I can't express how great a job he did. You don't often see someone who is determined to do the job right the first time.

James Wells was our technician. He was quick, thorough, knowledgeable and very kind! We were given a recommendation, plus other options if the recommendation, which included preventative measures due to the age of our door, was not affordable. Thank you James!

When your door spring breaks, all you want is to get it fixed. Getting anything serviced today is a challenge and takes too long. Not with Precision, called Late morning and done by 330. I also added more repairs than I planned as the spring break was a warning of more to come- so have the professionals get it done right. While I spent more than I initially planned, I was happy to address all issues discussed with one visit. Professional, polite, discussed clearly what must be done and what optionally should be considered. Very pleased with job well done and added changes have made operations very quiet too

Locked in your garage because your springs are broken? Try getting someone there that day to let you out! Precision Overhead garage door did it! From the representative who took my call to Anthony , who did the repair, Precision got the job done within THREE HOURS! Still waiting for callbacks for others... Anthony was great, called when he was leaving previous job and was ON TIME. He answered every question I had with courtesy and professionalism. Explained the repair options and left the decision up to me, no high pressure, just honest opinions and explanations.. Thank you Anthony!
