I called Precision because i had seen some advertisements on TV and thought i would give them a try. The promptness and efficiency that they responded to me was unbelievable. Prior to any representative coming to the house, i received a phone call from that representative saying they were on their way, they gave me their estimated time of arrival and told me their name. Jeremy the lead tech on the door install is the standard of customer service, both he and Cole conducted themselves in a complete professional manner, and represented the company as if their names were on the truck. I am so impressed with today’s service that if at anytime I need any garage door work or door opener work done, Precision will be my first and most likely only phone call.

When your door spring breaks, all you want is to get it fixed. Getting anything serviced today is a challenge and takes too long. Not with Precision, called Late morning and done by 330. I also added more repairs than I planned as the spring break was a warning of more to come- so have the professionals get it done right. While I spent more than I initially planned, I was happy to address all issues discussed with one visit. Professional, polite, discussed clearly what must be done and what optionally should be considered. Very pleased with job well done and added changes have made operations very quiet too

The technician, ZacK M, was wonderful. He thoroughly explained the issues to me, and fixed the door. The price was extremely reasonable, though he said this would not be a permanent fix. He said the permanent fix would be several thousand dollars, which I think is absurb and I am unwilling to pay that, but at least this tides me over. Zack was also very friendly and personable, so I was very pleased overall.

Came for estimate. Tried to charge me double for the estimate and tuning that never did. Removed a sticker from inital garage company without my authorization. Did not send me the estimate until I called for it. I would never trust such businesses.

The responsiveness and attention to detail from my initial call and the initial visit & assessment by Andrew who was very professional and engaging, and the short time it took to order & receive the garage door, and the consistent communication from your office via email were extraordinary. Then when Jeremy & Anthony showed up within the expected time and took the time to explain what they needed to do and then got to work with no distractions, we were amazed that they were done in a little less than 3 hours. We checked to make sure our garage door openers worked and they explained why we could continue to use the same ones! What a relief to have our first and most expensive project for this summer completed. I have several business cards from the team that came today and I will make sure I get them to my neighbors, members of the church around the corner and staff at local stores and banks that we frequent. I was fortunate enough to have an experienced technician like James, who was able to show up and address my situation a day early. He immediately diagnosed the programming irregularity and corrected the problem with practiced ease. Returned from our Winter home and found the rubber gasket seal along the bottom of our garage door where it meets the ground had badly deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Called several Vendors (we had not needed garage door services in the past). The person we spoke with at Precision was professional and helpful, answering as best he could, all the questions I had, questions the other vendors either could not answer or gave vague answers ("we won't know until we get there", etc) Precision gave us a good cost estimate (which was quite a bit lower than the other guestimates) and offered to send someone out that day and, as arranged, the technician arrived right on time. Cole was courteous and professional. He did a quick "safety inspection" of the overall door system and gave us some recommendations (which I was expecting) but he did not try to pressure me to have any other additional work done. After the inspection, he replaced the gasket and secured it in about 15 minutes and we were done. Problem solved--looks good. The price was reasonable and would definitely call again if any repairs need to be made

Phenomenal service. Called at 5:45PM after coming home to a broken spring, and was able to set up a service call for first thing in the morning. When the technician (Cole) was on his way, I received a phone call and a text message with his photo and credentials. Cole was professional, starting with a safety inspection covering all aspects of the opening mechanism. We then spoke about his findings, and he pointed out a slightly bent track and signs of wear on my rollers and lateral clearance in my bearings, all of which likely contributed to the broken spring. He walked me through his recommended repairs, and quickly got to work. He was in and out within 1-1/2 hours and my garage door is the smoothest and quietest it’s been.
