Andrew and Nolan installed a replacement steel garage door identical to the original. I asked if I could use my old motor and they said fine. I noticed an unusual noise after a day or so and asked for someone to come by and check it out. Today Chris came out and told me the motor is not in good enough condition to continue service. This should have been mentioned at the time of installation. Other than that, good service.

I have seen television commercials for Precision and was able to get an appointment quickly. Zack M. did an excellent repairing my garage door which required replacement of numerous parts. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Precision if you need a new garage door or garage door repairs.

Technician called as was able to come earlier than original appt. Was friendly and professional. Was able to privide info I needed and replacement door, opener, and extras I wanted. Didn't charge $100 just to show up like others.

I was contacted with a window of time when the tech would be coming. Zack called and let me know how soon he would be arriving. He assessed the door and offered to give me a quote. We discussed the new suggestions and decided upon what I wanted done today.He got to work and when it was complete I opened and closed the door and he made a adjustment and the job was complete.He brought up the invoice on his tablet and payment was made and it was all set.Would highly recommend Precision!

I was very disappointed with the estimates I received. They seem kinda high, so I shopped around, found a competitor that will do only the work I specified for half of my lowest estimate from precision. The person that showed up seemed to try to upsell me when all I needed was two garage door springs and safety cables installed that was it.

I have had issues with my garage door for awhile and was reluctant to make a call because I didn’t want to get ripped off. A friend had Precision Door Services do major repairs on her garage door and highly recommended the company to me as did my neighbor. Zack arrived early after calling for permission to do so. He explained what needed to be done, gave me 3 monetary options to choose from and completed the work in under 2 hours. He also provided a brief tutorial of the new system and how things worked. Your technician came earlier than the quoted time given. Gave both a repair and door replacement estimate s getting a new door was just a bit more so, I will be pleased to have it installed when it comes in. Thank you

I was really stuck. My garage door went off the rollers and I could not get it to go down. And of course it was a holiday week. I called on Thursday and was initially given a Sunday appointment (which I was happy to take because the first place I called wanted to give me an appointment well over a week in the future). But then the very next day I got a call from Andrew, your tech, saying that he could be over in a half an hour. I was exceedingly happy. Andrew showed up and performed an inspection and gave me two repair options. I chose one and Andrew fixed our garage door in less than 1 hour. There were no surprises. Andrew did a great job, I am very happy with the work, and will definitely call Precision in the future.
