Good Morning, I think I might have seen your commercials. However, it was very early in the morning and the chat feature worked great. The response was quick and the tech came earlier than expected. Although I wasn't really expecting to get a door replacement, I wasn't really surprised either. I changed that spring a couple of times through the years and quite frankly wasn't up to the task again. The door is probably over fifty years old and long overdo for a replacement. Zach did an excellent job of getting us back up and running with all new hardware, torsion spring etc. While I didn't do the original install, it was done with very little room leaving Zach and his boss a bit of work. They were extremely pleasant, never complained and were extremely knowledgeable. Door hasn't worked this quietly and smoothly in 30 years! All new rollers, spring, axle, cables.

I picked percision from one line advertising and the photograph of 5 technicians. The communication with the chat talk button was awsome. I was told 12-3 p.m. and Jesse called when he was 40 minutes out and arrived here around 11 a.m. Excellent...... Jesses explained to me what was wrong causing the door spring/ chain to make a terrible noise when trying to pull up the door as well as shutting it. The door sounds and operates like a new door.

Chose Precision because they are local and offer 24 hour service. My one car garage door was open 3/4 and wouldn't budge. Earliest appointment available was three days out but they managed to squeeze me in within 24 hours. Other than sticker shock at the nearly $1700 cost of repair, I am 100 percent satisfied with the speed, efficiency and quality of the job. Staff is friendly and professional.

I was given an appointment for the very next day and the technician showed up right on time. He was very friendly and understood the issues that I reported. It was clear that he had also reviewed what was done one year ago. At one point he consulted with his supervisor by phone to verify that what he thought was the best solution was in fact the best solution. It was and it not only solved my issue but it was covered under my warranty so there was no charge. The technician explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Our overhead garage door had not worked properly for years when one of the main springs broke. Precision sent Andrew the day after we called and he not only replaced the spring, but checked the other parts of our system, explained which parts were worn and should be replaced, and installed a new motor {at our request) so that the door once again functions as it ought to and we no longer have to open it manually. Andrew was courteous, professional and we felt throughout that he "knew his stuff". We would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone looking for similar repair work.

Zake put new spring in door and rewinded both sides wires and removed of spring that was broken and then Zake tightened spring 35 turns. I paid by check for this service. When do I get receipt for job done. I got estimates today but no receipt. I also gave Zake a check for $1374.00 for down payment for new garage door and accessories of 40% of job when do I get receipt for that? I did get the estimates for the job. Why did I call precision? You had 25 reviews...22 were 5***** 2 reviews were 4**** 1 review was not good but a Manager or owner called customer to explain the miss understanding of contract.. You came on Sunday and fixed broken door and I order new door same day. Zake is a 5***** Technician. Thank you so much Bob...
