They answered the phone that is an actual person answered the phone and had a technician available that day, I changed the appt to the next day and he was very prompt and very good, It was an expensive repair so I hope I dont need anymore work. but they were very good. I recommend them highly.

I have seen television commercials for Precision and was able to get an appointment quickly. Zack M. did an excellent repairing my garage door which required replacement of numerous parts.
