Phenomenal service. Called at 5:45PM after coming home to a broken spring, and was able to set up a service call for first thing in the morning. When the technician (Cole) was on his way, I received a phone call and a text message with his photo and credentials. Cole was professional, starting with a safety inspection covering all aspects of the opening mechanism. We then spoke about his findings, and he pointed out a slightly bent track and signs of wear on my rollers and lateral clearance in my bearings, all of which likely contributed to the broken spring. He walked me through his recommended repairs, and quickly got to work. He was in and out within 1-1/2 hours and my garage door is the smoothest and quietest it’s been.

A spring fell off one of our garage doors on a Saturday evening. It was a great experience from the time I called Precision. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. This is the 3rd time using Precision for garage door issues. Every time I am so pleased with the quality of the service the technicians provide and the product. Today Brandon was the technician here to fix a broken seal (due to freezing) and a piece of trim which broke because of the seal. I am so happy with the work Brandon did and the way Precision does business. Brandon replaced both the seal and the trim. Door now works so smoothly, and the seal is keeping out the wind and snow! I would recommend Precision to everyone and anyone who has issues with their garage door.
