He also suggested due to the age of our garage opener to install a new opener as well as complete all the repairs of our garage door. Cole was personable and efficient. A spring fell off one of our garage doors on a Saturday evening. It was a great experience from the time I called Precision. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. The person answering the phones was very courteous and was able to provide a quote on the spot. This is the 3rd time using Precision for garage door issues. Every time I am so pleased with the quality of the service the technicians provide and the product. Today Brandon was the technician here to fix a broken seal (due to freezing) and a piece of trim which broke because of the seal. I am so happy with the work Brandon did and the way Precision does business. Brandon replaced both the seal and the trim. Door now works so smoothly, and the seal is keeping out the wind and snow! I would recommend Precision to everyone and anyone who has issues with their garage door.

The worst service I ever had by anyone. Workmanship is terrible. Installed by amateurs. Plus they returned after I called for fixing the problems and they were clueless about the issues. After just a short time I just wanted them to leave and never return. Would never recommend their services to anyone, anyone!
