I contacted Precision Sunday afternoon as my garage door had just broken to where it wouldn't open or close etc. I found their ad online and chose them. I had a next day appoint my with a 2-5P.M. window. Andrew arrived at approximately 2:15 P.M. He examined the situation and explained the possibilities in a manner that I could understand; and gave me the possible costs. He did NOT tried to sell me a brand new door which I thought was going to happen. I inquired about purchasing and having installed a garage door opener. My door was repaired and I now have an automatic door opener which was a last minute request. Andrew was able to complete the job in a very reasonable time. As the ad says, all the materials were in the truck. Andrew was professional, considerate, and comfortable to be around. He deserves a bonus or raise. I will have no problem recommending this company to anyone who requires services in this area.

Andrew was excellent. Gave detailed estimate before starting the job. Cable had recently broken on a door installed by another company in 2000. Repairs were made in a very timely fashion. The ad "everything on the truck" is catchy and meaningful. Also knowing that your hours aren't just 9:00-5:00 is encouraging. Andrew was able to provide us with a new door opener - ours was no longer working - the new one was indeed on the truck. Andrew was very professional, very pleasant, and made sure we were familiar with the opening and closing of the door before he left. It was much easier to open and close by hand if we had no power. Couldn't do it before. Would definitely call you again, and Andrew is a "keeper".

First of all, I would like to compliment you on the fact that you have an employee to talk to when customers contact Precision Door. It is so refreshing to not have to go through a pre-recorded voice mail option to set up an appointment. Secondly, I want to compliment the work performed today at our home by your technician, Mr. Zach Maki. Mr. Maki was very pleasant and polite and he really knows the business!! He immediately diagnosed our GDO problem and after getting our approval to proceed with the repairs he embarked upon repairing the door right away. I was shocked at how quickly he completed the job. His work was thorough and he was very personable as well. Whenever we need future work on our GDO, I am going to request him personally to perform the repairs. You should be proud to have Zach Maki in your employ. He is a great ambassador of your company. He represents Precision Door with extreme professionalism and is a tremendously capable technician. In addition, he presents a very likeable demeanor. Zach Maki, because of his expertise exhibited today, has locked us in as a Precision Garage Door Service customer for all future GDO needs.

Andrew could not have been more professional. We had a major problem in that we could not even get our cars out of our garage. Needless to say, we were hoping to have instant gratification with respect to a resolution of our problem. Andrew, more than delivered all of that to us. Not only did he arrive early but he quickly diagnosed the issues but fixed everything within an extremely reasonable period of time. As is usually the case, our garage door opener screeched to its end and one of the door springs split into two pieces at the same time. They were old, for sure. So I went online to research garage door companies. I decided to call Precision based on its great reviews, its website and the fact that they had photos and info of their service personnel on their site. Called last Tuesday afternoon and was given an appointment for Wednesday morning. That was perfect for me as I didn’t need them there the same day. Andrew arrived on time, assessed the problem and provided me with a few options and costs. He was patient and helpful, answering all my questions, while I looked up the recommended opener online to see what I would be getting. So I agreed to a new opener, springs and a couple other parts that were also starting to show their age (at least 15 years old). I honestly thought I would have to schedule another appointment to have the work done, but he said he had everything he needed in his van and could complete the job in less that two hours, I believe. And he did! And now I have an awesome new garage door opener that is way more quieter than the old one and a door that now opens much more smoothly. So very happy I chose Precision to do the work and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.
