I was able to have someone come out the same day I called, at 6:00pm. I was called and told that the technician would be a few minutes late. Cole Warrington, the technician, was wonderful and most helpful. He came back the next morning at 8:30 am and replaced my Garage door opener and he explained what he did and guided me through what to do and how. I am very impressed and would recommend Precision Garage Door to my family and friends

Hi. Just wanted to commend Peyton who was the technician who came out and took care of my door. My neighbor had to keep coming back and closing it since it would automatically open. Who took care of everything with pride and explained thing’s thoroughly. Hopefully it will last a little while longer before I may have to replace things which right now I can’t afford. He even changed the light bulb for me. What a lovely young man. Thank you for the speedy turnaround as well. I will definitely recommend your company to others as it was also cheaper than another place I had called Thank you again!!

Cole came to change garage door opener code on a Saturday at the time I was told he’d arrive. He was courteous and polite, knew exactly what he was doing and had the job done in very little time. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I need service. The price was very fair too.

When he found another problem with my existing door opener he replaced the faulty parts at no extra charge. Scheduling was fast and easy.
