They answered the phone that is an actual person answered the phone and had a technician available that day, I changed the appt to the next day and he was very prompt and very good, It was an expensive repair so I hope I dont need anymore work. but they were very good. I recommend them highly.

I chose Precision after reviewing several companies. When I called Christine she clearly explained the company fees and policies. A photo of the technician was sent prior to his arrival which is a great safety feature. Cole, the technician sent a text and arrived within the timeframe given. He asked several questions about what I was experiencing; he made an assessment and gave me all the options available to address my issues. He installed the new motor and hardware and then patiently explained all the features in the new system. He was professional and courteous. On Saturday evening, we realized that our garage door was not working properly. Once I got the garage door up, the Motor only hummed and buzzed when I tried to put it back down. My husband did some research Sunday morning online and discovered Precision Garage Doors. He was impressed with everything he read. He left a message on their direct phone line and received a text within 30 minutes. We also received a message that a tech name Zack would be at our home in approximately one hour. Zach showed up in one hour diagnosed the problem as a dead 38 year-old door opener and offered options to my husband. He had exactly what my husband wanted on hand and did a very thorough job of replacing the old door opener with a new one he also replaced the 38 year old rollers that came with the original opener. Zach was very knowledgeable, did excellent work, was very neat and clean and personable. We highly recommend Zack and this company to anyone that we know.

A personable young man came with a professioal approach and explained his approach to the job. Shortly, he came back to me explaining his two estimates:one for a new door and one for repairing the old door. Each estimate was clear and concise so that i was able to come to an immediate decision and the repair was completed in a prompt and efficient manner. Called on Saturday, figuring I would leave a message but somebody answered! I needed to have my garage door checked - it wasn't closing properly, it was making a jittering noise, and it was "heavy" when opened, and unattached from the opener. The person who answered looked at her calendar and said someone could be out on Sunday morning. What a surprise! I said yes. The next day, Zach Maki called me to say he was on the way, and would be there within 20 minutes. He was, and greeted me cheerily. We went over my concerns and then Zach performed an inspection. He found several things wrong with the door hardware. He said we could replace some or all of the failing items. I chose to replace. he looked everything up on his tablet, computed a price and showed me the detailed items. 40 minutes later, the work was completed and we went over things. I found that the door, when unattached from the drive, was still heavy as the door got more than half way closed. He made adjustments on the springs and abrakadabra...it was fixed and balanced. The garage door hadn't been that quiet since I first put the door in. Great work!

The tech came the afternoon of the day our door broke (Saturday 7/5). Job done within an hour. He certainly knew his job. Cost more than expected but we had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken spring.
