Colonial Overhead door no longer services our area. I contacted Marantac direct. They found your name and number. So I called. When the tech arrived, it became obvious very quickly you didn’t service Marantac efficiently. To the point, instead of repairing or replacing the key fob for $53, he choose to offer me a new garage door opener system for $920 each. I had 5 doors involved. Do the math - $4,500 or the $110 I spent at Marantac. Trust me I will never be calling again. The tech was very polite but he had no intention of reprogramming my remotes. No batteries. He didn’t even have the little 3 prong adapter to copy one remote from another. His goal was to sell me $1,000 garage door openers. But thank you for responding so quickly. I included that when I was telling Marantac of my experience.

A few years ago we had a new door installed by another company. We needed service as the door made a screatching sound and wasn't smooth. The technician arrived and surveyed the door and proposed a fix. He explained it well and went on to replace all the hardware on the door. He said the door itself was an expensive door that didn't need replacing. It works well and we are happy.

I do not usually write reviews but this service was exceptional. Although I called about 9 on a Sunday night my call was answered by Andrea and a service appt. was made for the next day for between 12-2. Zack arrived at 1:30. He did a 25 point safety check and discussed findings with me. Although I thought the price was high, I had him do the job. He did excellent work and was very professional and friendly. In the future Precision will be my company of choice. I highly recommend.

My technician explained everything about my situation. He did not push for anything, but gave me the knowledge to make my own decision. I chose to replace my garage door opener. He was able to do it at that time. He was efficient, and explained everything about my new opener, and aided me in putting my passcode into the new garage door.

Email the day before service confirmed the visit and time window and provided a bio and picture of our technician. Technician (ShaRaad) called when he was 15 minutes out. Technician was great as he understood my issues and quickly came up with 3 solutions for my consideration. Work was completed quickly and we are very happy with the results. Thanks ShaRaad
