Came for estimate. Tried to charge me double for the estimate and tuning that never did. Removed a sticker from inital garage company without my authorization. Did not send me the estimate until I called for it. I would never trust such businesses.

The worst service I ever had by anyone. Workmanship is terrible. Installed by amateurs. Plus they returned after I called for fixing the problems and they were clueless about the issues. After just a short time I just wanted them to leave and never return. Would never recommend their services to anyone, anyone!

I had hoped to have my 2 doors upgraded to torsion springs, align the rails properly and lube and adjust both doors. I was quoted 3k + just to change the springs, outrageous. Springs and all necessary hardware are approx. $500 from what I can find online. He wouldn’t align or move rails in fear that the door would fall. After he left I did it in 10 minutes. Although the young man was polite and informative, all that was done took him less than 1/2 hour, $150+. Won’t call again, way too expensive. Just do it myself in the future.

You are thieves. You wanted almost $1000 to put a new spring on my door. I said I would give u $500 which is $300 too much you came back with $548 just to squeeze another $50 out of me It took your tech 15 minutes to change it. I looked up the price of the spring on Amazon. It was 2 for $60. That’s retail prices. So you probably pay $10-$15 for it. So a $10 spring and 15 minutes labor $548. I don’t know how you sleep at night. Thieves !!!!!!!

All I had was a service call where they looked at the door. The quoted price to repair was outrageous. I would have been happy to pay the cost of parts and a couple hundred for labor, but they quoted almost a thousand dollars to replace a spring and a couple pullies.

Can’t give you a review when all I did was talk with your salesmen. why do companies want a review before we get the product doesnt make any sense to me. all i can tell you is Rashadd was very nice, and helpful. one star until I see my new garage doors
