I reached out on Monday night through the website. The response was so QUICK! The repair was even QUICKER! They arrived Tuesday morning. Dillon called and said he would arrive in 45 minutes. When he arrived he was able to diagnose in less than 15. He showed me 3 options for repair/replacement. The customer service was exceptional! After i decided which option we would go with, Dillon said he could replace it in the moment. Which he did! It didn’t take him too long either. He was so personable, kind to my crazy children and explained everything so great! 10/10 recommend Precision Garage Doors!

The remote control for my Genie Intel locker garage door opener died. Precision Garage Door's service technician quote a ballpark price of $900 to replace the opener motor (which is in perfect working condition) !! The unit motor needed replacement to match code with the new remote.

Precision is a first class company. Called and had my issue solved in less than 24 hours. The receptionist was as courteous as could be and arranged for a service rep the next day. The service rep called earlier than expected and sent his ID and background info before he arrived. Inspection was completed , problem identified and options were given. Dylan was extremely efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. Very nice young man. I will highly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

A personable young man came with a professioal approach and explained his approach to the job. Shortly, he came back to me explaining his two estimates:one for a new door and one for repairing the old door. Each estimate was clear and concise so that i was able to come to an immediate decision and the repair was completed in a prompt and efficient manner. The worksite was left clean and without any notice of repair debrie.I was very pleased with all aspects of the job!

Awesome company. Went with them because of ads I saw on TV and they were legit to thier word. Dillon the technician was courteous professional and excellent at his craft. I couldn't believe he had busted springs, broken chain new motor springs rollers ect, ect all installed to perfection in like 2 and 1/2 hrs by himself. Amazing and I would highly recommend them. The tech came the afternoon of the day our door broke (Saturday 7/5). Job done within an hour. He certainly knew his job. Cost more than expected but we had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken spring.

All I had was a service call where they looked at the door. The quoted price to repair was outrageous. I would have been happy to pay the cost of parts and a couple hundred for labor, but they quoted almost a thousand dollars to replace a spring and a couple pullies.
