We have just moved into a new property and the garage door was not hooked up to the opener. I put the call in and immediately got a text reply saying thank you for booking an appointment. I left the message on the day before NY's Eve thinking maybe i'd get a visit the first week of January. They came the next day and also came early. Communication was excellent with first a call to book a time, a text to confirm and then a call from the serviceman to say he could come earlier as he had completed a previous job early. Anthony was his name and when he turned up he was courteous, kind, communicative and listened to what we wanted. A 3 tier approach, 1. get us up and running 2. a quote for a new door and 3. A quote for 2 new doors and mechanics. It's fair to say that our garage door was screwed and upon inspection we found damage to the door, hence why it had been disconnected. Anthony offered options and next steps and then proceeded to get us up and running. He even offered a discount against the work carried out if in the future we booked new doors. All in all 10 out of 10. From first call to hand shakes and goodbye, everything was exemplary.
