Great customer service. Called on a Saturday and was able to make an appointment for Monday morning. The technician (Zack) was extremely polite and personable. He explained our repair needs thoroughly and clearly. Work was completed in timely manner.

Getting an appointment was easy and set up for the day after I called. The technician called prior to his arrival with an ETA. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He listened as I explained what was happening with my newly installed garage door opener. After checking for possible problems he was able to reset the travel functions and correct the sensor issues. He completed a safety inspection and and offered some advised regarding the safety sensors positioning. The garage door operated correctly after he left. I am happy with the results of the service.

AJ did a great job. The tension spring on my 30 year old garage door had broken two days earlier. I wanted to replace the springs and the bottom rubber seal. AJ arrived at the agreed upon time and inspected the door. He noticed the metal rollers weren’t rolling in the tracks, rather they were being dragged up the tracks. I agreed to have these replaced as well. AJ did a fantastic job. For the past 24 years the door always squeaked when opening and closing, no longer. Great job. I am very pleased with the work performed!

We are very excited about our new opener and service! I asked precision to come and see if they could repair the old opener. The tech who was scheduled was sick today, so the manager came earlier himself. AJ showed me the worn out sprocket in my 27-year-old opener. He then installed a new unit, with new tracks and new keypad, new rollers and everything, all programmed and done in about an hour. Long-term problem was very quickly and efficiently solved today. Thank you.

I hired someone to install my garage door opener, they made a total mess of it and it would not work. I called Precision Overhead service on a Thursday they came on Saturday and the service worker AJ found the problem within minutes. I made the decision to go with a professional instead of a handyman. AJ installed a new opener within an hour the same day. My husband and I were pleased that Precision was a 24-hour service and we called around 6 p.m. hoping for an immediate appointment. They were already booked up for the night. Jason came out a little after 9 the next morning for our 9-12 time frame. He was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job! We thought we only needed a spring replaced but it turned out that part of the opener had snapped. We did not have a Genie opener and Precision only carries parts for Genie. We reluctantly acquiesced to buying a new opener. We spent more than we were hoping to but with the knowledge that we were nearing the end of the life of the typical motor in our existing opener. Had this not been the case, we would have gone another direction. The Genie opener Jason installed is practically silent and glides like a dream. He stabilized the bracket that pulls the door and overall, we feel safer knowing the door is better supported. We hope the Genie product has a long lifespan. All parts come with a five year warranty. So far so good. Thank you Jason for your hard work and Precision for your rapid response!
