Thank you to Chris who fixed my garage door yesterday! I was impressed with how quickly I was able to have someone come out to repair my garage door after it had broken 2 days earlier. Chris arrived right on time (had even called me about coming earlier in the day but I was unable to meet him sooner), was friendly, and knew exactly what I needed to get my door working again!

I recently called Precision Garage Door Service to book an appointment. I was told they could send a technician the next day, between 8 - 11 a.m. As promised shortly after 8 am I received a text from Chris who said he was on the way. I found Chris to be courteous, professional and obviously experienced. He discussed several options and gave me some sound advice, suggestions and an estimate on a new system. Based on my positive experience with Chris, I have no problem referring friends or relatives to Precision Door and Garage and I plan on using them in the future for any issues with my overhead door.

My rep, AJ, called ahead of time, showed up on time and knew what he was looking at in 1-2 minutes. Old door company did not set up the auto reverse correctly and after colliding with objects under the door for a few years, finally split in 2 at the top panel. I Will recommend.

Although I give the professionalism and quality of work to the technician and customer service five stars, I am not happy whatsoever with the outrageous price the company charges for a repair. All I needed was a new torsion spring, a pair of cables,and supposedly new cable drums. I have priced all of the parts on reputable garage door repair parts companies on line and the difference was rediculous. A new torsion spring at the most would cost around $65.00 compared to $275.00, a pair of cables around $25.00 compared to $189.00 and a set of drums on the high end would be around $65.00 not $275.00. The professionalism from the appointment right down to customer service was extremely good as a company should be but the percentage markup of parts is completely unacceptable in my opinion. Over $800.00 for this repair.

We had a new garage door installed in November 2024. After the winter, it began to squeak loudly and it became concerning. I gave Precision Door a call and they were able to get us on the schedule for the upcoming weekend which was wonderful! They gave us a 3 hour arrival window and the technician came right in the middle of the time range. Once he arrived, he listened to the concerns and began lubricating all of the target areas on the door. He kindly gave the lubricant can to us and instructed us on the correct maintenance for the future which was very helpful. The service was quick, informative, and very appreciated. I gave 4 stars solely because it is still very loud, but we were told the lubricant needs to set in and we need to spray again in a month or so. Thank you Precision Door!

Andrew and Nolan installed a replacement steel garage door identical to the original. I asked if I could use my old motor and they said fine. I noticed an unusual noise after a day or so and asked for someone to come by and check it out. Today Chris came out and told me the motor is not in good enough condition to continue service. This should have been mentioned at the time of installation. Other than that, good service.

Quality of work by techies is excellent. Cost of repair is complete rip-off. Two springs, some cable, and 30 minutes labor: over $700! Reasonable cost would be half that amount. I will never hire your company again. Again techies were great, but cost is unconscionable. Zero stars.

I have seen television commercials for Precision and was able to get an appointment quickly. Zack M. did an excellent repairing my garage door which required replacement of numerous parts. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Precision if you need a new garage door or garage door repairs.
