We called Precision when I determined that our new garage door system (two doors) had been poorly installed, and a callback to correct the operation of the doors wasn't well managed. Precision corrected the poor installation quickly, and the techs showed the system and instructed us in its use. This time, Precision was called for a new problem, and had us running within minutes of their arrival. We had our doors recoded when we lost a clicker from one of our cars, thus rendering our system insecure. Thanks again, Precision!

Zake put new spring in door and rewinded both sides wires and removed of spring that was broken and then Zake tightened spring 35 turns. I paid by check for this service. When do I get receipt for job done. I got estimates today but no receipt. I also gave Zake a check for $1374.00 for down payment for new garage door and accessories of 40% of job when do I get receipt for that? I did get the estimates for the job. Why did I call precision? You had 25 reviews...22 were 5***** 2 reviews were 4**** 1 review was not good but a Manager or owner called customer to explain the miss understanding of contract.. You came on Sunday and fixed broken door and I order new door same day. Zake is a 5***** Technician. Thank you so much Bob...

Good Morning, I think I might have seen your commercials. However, it was very early in the morning and the chat feature worked great. The response was quick and the tech came earlier than expected. Although I wasn't really expecting to get a door replacement, I wasn't really surprised either. I changed that spring a couple of times through the years and quite frankly wasn't up to the task again. The door is probably over fifty years old and long overdo for a replacement. My garage door needed fixing and who knew which parts were good or bad, certainly not me. Well 2 hrs later the door is working, new parts, controllers, key pad, and springs. It works wellnow and is do quiet. Very nice working with this company and service men, friendly, efficient and very comprehensive to be sure we know what work we will be doing to at the end reviewing all components and warranties. Excellent.

Getting an appointment was easy and set up for the day after I called. The technician called prior to his arrival with an ETA. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He listened as I explained what was happening with my newly installed garage door opener. After checking for possible problems he was able to reset the travel functions and correct the sensor issues. He completed a safety inspection and and offered some advised regarding the safety sensors positioning. The garage door operated correctly after he left. I am happy with the results of the service.

AJ did a great job. The tension spring on my 30 year old garage door had broken two days earlier. I wanted to replace the springs and the bottom rubber seal. AJ arrived at the agreed upon time and inspected the door. He noticed the metal rollers weren’t rolling in the tracks, rather they were being dragged up the tracks. I agreed to have these replaced as well. AJ did a fantastic job. For the past 24 years the door always squeaked when opening and closing, no longer. Great job. I am very pleased with the work performed!

We are very excited about our new opener and service! I asked precision to come and see if they could repair the old opener. The tech who was scheduled was sick today, so the manager came earlier himself. AJ showed me the worn out sprocket in my 27-year-old opener. He then installed a new unit, with new tracks and new keypad, new rollers and everything, all programmed and done in about an hour. Long-term problem was very quickly and efficiently solved today.
