Phenomenal service. Called at 5:45PM after coming home to a broken spring, and was able to set up a service call for first thing in the morning. When the technician (Cole) was on his way, I received a phone call and a text message with his photo and credentials. Cole was professional, starting with a safety inspection covering all aspects of the opening mechanism. We then spoke about his findings, and he pointed out a slightly bent track and signs of wear on my rollers and lateral clearance in my bearings, all of which likely contributed to the broken spring. He walked me through his recommended repairs, and quickly got to work. He was in and out within 1-1/2 hours and my garage door is the smoothest and quietest it’s been.

We were very surprised when I called to arrange for our garage door repair this morning. The technician came out this afternoon and completed the task fairly quickly. We usually have problems getting service where we live because of our distance from Albany. Door was fixed and works great now. We will be calling them back because a second door is approaching need for repairs.

Thank you for being available for a new installation. WE needed everything installed new.. Rails ,springs new opener and exterior touch pad. The tech arrived finding only a garage door. He quickly got to work transforming our door into a workable garage door. Very pleased to not be manually lifting the door anymore to get in and out of the garage. He was nice enough to change the overhead light bulb for me. This is a million times better and more functional...

It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician was prompt and friendly. He worked right along and replaced 2 garage door openers and springs. However, there were some wires that were not secured sufficiently - one staple holding the cord to the opener fell out a few hours later and almost hit the car. Other wires to the sensors could have been secures better. When I went to use the outside keypad later it was determined that the tech entered the wrong code.

I purchased a replacement garage door and opener. The technician ( Bryan) came on time and removed my old door and opener and installed the new door and opener in about 3 hrs. He did this himself and removed the old door and left the garage clean. I am totally satisfied with the new door and opener.

Amazing service and experience!! I chose Precision based on their TV ads. I was able to book an appointment online for the very next day. Also, I called the Saratoga phone number and a rep answered the phone at 9:00 in the evening! She confirmed the appointment and I was able to explain in more detail the situation. The tech Zack was great. He went over everything and he was very thorough. He fixed the door to our satisfaction. In an age where good customer service has virtually disappeared Precision stands above and beyond!

Zack Maki was above and beyond great! Super personality! Knows his job well. He didn't try to talk me into anything and told me all of my options. Never pushed one of them. Answered my questions but w/o any emphasis on his thoughts. As a 67 yr old single woman, living alone, I totally appreciated seeing a pic of him before he arrived. This made me feel safer, esp when there's so many scams out there! Your cs is the best! You sure know how to give great cs and have great employees! Again, Kuddo's to Zack for doing a super job! He installed the opener and fixed things, springs, cables, pulleys, that needed fixing on the garage door. I'm very happy with his work and how he showed me everything before taking my pmt.

He also suggested due to the age of our garage opener to install a new opener as well as complete all the repairs of our garage door. Cole was personable and efficient. Zak came out the afternoon I called (I'm 60 miles from Albany) and inspected my garage door problem, as well as looked at the entire system. The door system was 20 years old and needed some key parts, but he did not recommend an entire new door, only parts that were clearly no longer functioning (motor, cable & bearings). No heavy upsale, showed us what the issues were, made his recommendation and waited for us to make our decision. He was able to replace the parts right then and had our door working within a few hours. He was proficient, friendly and patient. Wonderful service!
