On Friday I arrived home and just minutes after walking in the house I heard I loud bang from my attached garage. Rushed out to find a cable hanging loose and the door out of commission. Recently I had received a Val-pak booklet with Precision Door inside. I had checked the web and read the reviews and was impressed by the customer comments, so I knew who to contact on Friday. I was surprised I could make a Sunday appointment. Sunday I was contacted by Andrew who asked if he could come earlier. How often does that happen??? He arrived shortly after and assessed the issues with the door. Gave me options for repair and once I made my selection, he completed the work I requested. I could not have asked for better results. I will now recommend Precision to all the homeowners in my development. So impressed with the whole process from start to finish!!!

I called Precision based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law and after reading so many positive online reviews. One of the springs on my garage door snapped. I received an appt for the very next day, and Michael Bowman and Evona arrived early and were very helpful and patiently answered all of my many questions. The needed repairs were made quickly and now my door works perfectly! Michael and Evona were very knowledgeable about all things garage-related. Thumbs up from me!!

I contacted Precision Sunday afternoon as my garage door had just broken to where it wouldn't open or close etc. I found their ad online and chose them. I had a next day appoint my with a 2-5P.M. window. Andrew arrived at approximately 2:15 P.M. He examined the situation and explained the possibilities in a manner that I could understand; and gave me the possible costs. He did NOT tried to sell me a brand new door which I thought was going to happen. I inquired about purchasing and having installed a garage door opener. My door was repaired and I now have an automatic door opener which was a last minute request. Andrew was able to complete the job in a very reasonable time. As the ad says, all the materials were in the truck. Andrew was professional, considerate, and comfortable to be around. He deserves a bonus or raise. I will have no problem recommending this company to anyone who requires services in this area.

AJ and Koddee ( in training) showed up early( called to see if they could come early as the situation of day changed) and I was happy for that. They arrived in pleasant friendly form. AJ was very knowledgeable about how to fix my garage door problems. He was honest that my door was still in good shape and able to be used and the mechanisms should be replaced. He installed an automatic opener and all the bells and whistles for me in a very short time. The garage door opens softly and quietly. A luxury I have been waiting for as my prior mechanism was manual and busted. They were professional and I think the price was very fair. Overall I would give them 10 starts if I could. We needed our garage door repaired and began to search online. After reading reviews about Precision Overhead Garage Door Service we decided to give them a try. 1) Called them on Saturday and was pleased to find they could have someone out on Monday. They could actually have someone out on Sunday but we were away for the day. We scheduled the appointment for 8-11 on Monday morning. 2) Andrew called me at 8:05 saying he would arrive approximately at 8:45. He arrived at 8:40 and promptly got to work appraising the repair. He provided a quote I agreed to and got to work. Andrew completed his work in record time with fantastic results. Look no further than Precision when looking for residential overhead door repair.
