I called Precision because i had seen some advertisements on TV and thought i would give them a try. The promptness and efficiency that they responded to me was unbelievable. Prior to any representative coming to the house, i received a phone call from that representative saying they were on their way, they gave me their estimated time of arrival and told me their name. Jeremy the lead tech on the door install is the standard of customer service, both he and Cole conducted themselves in a complete professional manner, and represented the company as if their names were on the truck. I am so impressed with today’s service that if at anytime I need any garage door work or door opener work done, Precision will be my first and most likely only phone call.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality service, rapid response and technical ability of technician Anthony Hill. From the first call to completed service it was only a few manageable hours to free our vehicles from “garage confinement”. This is not the first time we have used Precision Garage Door. And if needed in the future we will certainly reach out to them again!

Didn't really do anything, gave me a quote for some work for over 900.00. I don't feel it would have fixed my issue with the door.

Highly recommend! They came out within a couple of hours of my call after my garage door came off its track. The technician was professional, courteous, and took time to explain the cause of the issue. He also took the time to fix a loud clunking noise that was happening whenever the door closed. Great service, hassle-free, and reasonable!

Zack came promptly at appointment time he assessed the situation and informed us of all options for issues. We ultimately decided that we should not be Pennywise and pound foolish. Zack fixed all our issues timely and with such attention to detail I can't express how great a job he did. You don't often see someone who is determined to do the job right the first time.

James Wells was our technician. He was quick, thorough, knowledgeable and very kind! We were given a recommendation, plus other options if the recommendation, which included preventative measures due to the age of our door, was not affordable. Thank you James!

When your door spring breaks, all you want is to get it fixed. Getting anything serviced today is a challenge and takes too long. Not with Precision, called Late morning and done by 330. I also added more repairs than I planned as the spring break was a warning of more to come- so have the professionals get it done right. While I spent more than I initially planned, I was happy to address all issues discussed with one visit. Professional, polite, discussed clearly what must be done and what optionally should be considered. Very pleased with job well done and added changes have made operations very quiet too

Starting from Sierra, who answered the phone to Cole Warrington, who did the work, it was a great experience. Cole was a total professional. He was courteous, kind, friendly and a true gentleman. He did an amazing job. This company totally exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend. Wish I could have given them a 100 star rating!

The experience working with the precision garage door team has been very pleasant. Our garage door spring snapped on Saturday. I figured it would be Monday before i can get any house calls. But i called precision garage door. They work on Sunday! That was a pleasant surprise. Emily found me a slot the same day i called. And before Zach arrived he gave me a heads up he’s on the way. He was super pleasant and professional. The whole process of quote and installation was efficient. I recommend this company if you need garage door installation or repairs.

Locked in your garage because your springs are broken? Try getting someone there that day to let you out! Precision Overhead garage door did it! From the representative who took my call to Anthony , who did the repair, Precision got the job done within THREE HOURS! Still waiting for callbacks for others... Anthony was great, called when he was leaving previous job and was ON TIME. He answered every question I had with courtesy and professionalism. Explained the repair options and left the decision up to me, no high pressure, just honest opinions and explanations.. Thank you Anthony!

Very quick response. Initial estimate was the $330 referred to in your website. Further inspection disclosed that more parts were needed and your rep explained and showed me everything. I am pleased with the ease of use on your website and again appreciate such a prompt response. Thank you.

He explained the problem and procedure for repair. He finished the job in one hour. Thank you James W. Springs, cables, rollers and track repaired. I appreciate no upsales,as others do. 7 yr warranty is a plus. Recommended by a neighbor and I will recommend as well.

Precision’s Tech, Zack, did an outstanding job. He diagnosed the problem with our old system, which had reached the end of its useful life, quickly installed its replacement quickly and efficiently and did it all pleasantly and respectfully, This was definitely a five-star job.

The technician, ZacK M, was wonderful. He thoroughly explained the issues to me, and fixed the door. The price was extremely reasonable, though he said this would not be a permanent fix. He said the permanent fix would be several thousand dollars, which I think is absurb and I am unwilling to pay that, but at least this tides me over. Zack was also very friendly and personable, so I was very pleased overall.

Anthony did a great job replacing all the necessary parts that I needed. He took the time to explain things and showed me what he was referring to. He laid out all of my options without any pressure to choose one over the other. Response time to my initial call was amazing. I would highly recommend precision doors.

I just had a great experience working with Precision Garage Door. One of my 40+ year old garage door openers bit the dust on Sunday. I called Monday morning and set up an appointment for Tuesday (they were willing to come Monday but I was unavailable). Their tech Steve called Tuesday and said he could arrive earlier if convenient. Great guy, reviewed their products and features & benefits. I decided to replace my other working opener as they offered an attractive deal to do both. Steve installed both belt driven units in about 3 hours. Much quieter than our old chain driven units. Steve reviewed all the features of the units and the warranty. I couldn't be more pleased with their response, professionalism and quality work. Thanks Precision!
