Precision’s Tech, Zack, did an outstanding job. He diagnosed the problem with our old system, which had reached the end of its useful life, quickly installed its replacement quickly and efficiently and did it all pleasantly and respectfully, This was definitely a five-star job.

The technician, ZacK M, was wonderful. He thoroughly explained the issues to me, and fixed the door. The price was extremely reasonable, though he said this would not be a permanent fix. He said the permanent fix would be several thousand dollars, which I think is absurb and I am unwilling to pay that, but at least this tides me over. Zack was also very friendly and personable, so I was very pleased overall.

I just had a great experience working with Precision Garage Door. One of my 40+ year old garage door openers bit the dust on Sunday. I called Monday morning and set up an appointment for Tuesday (they were willing to come Monday but I was unavailable). Their tech Steve called Tuesday and said he could arrive earlier if convenient. Great guy, reviewed their products and features & benefits. I decided to replace my other working opener as they offered an attractive deal to do both. Steve installed both belt driven units in about 3 hours. Much quieter than our old chain driven units. Steve reviewed all the features of the units and the warranty. I couldn't be more pleased with their response, professionalism and quality work. Thanks Precision!

Came for estimate. Tried to charge me double for the estimate and tuning that never did. Removed a sticker from inital garage company without my authorization. Did not send me the estimate until I called for it. I would never trust such businesses.

The responsiveness and attention to detail from my initial call and the initial visit & assessment by Andrew who was very professional and engaging, and the short time it took to order & receive the garage door, and the consistent communication from your office via email were extraordinary. Then when Jeremy & Anthony showed up within the expected time and took the time to explain what they needed to do and then got to work with no distractions, we were amazed that they were done in a little less than 3 hours. We checked to make sure our garage door openers worked and they explained why we could continue to use the same ones! What a relief to have our first and most expensive project for this summer completed. I have several business cards from the team that came today and I will make sure I get them to my neighbors, members of the church around the corner and staff at local stores and banks that we frequent. I was fortunate enough to have an experienced technician like James, who was able to show up and address my situation a day early. He immediately diagnosed the programming irregularity and corrected the problem with practiced ease. Before leaving, he gave me some very sound advice on regular door maintenance, which I will follow. Great experience. I made an appointment online for today between 10-12 because my opener was opening and closing on its own. I did try to troubleshoot it myself but couldn't get it to work. I received a call from Cole and a message saying he was on his way. I got a picture too. Cole came (on time) and checked out the system and found numerous problems. He presented 3 options for me to think about. I decided to get a new opener and drive and all new components. He installed everything right away and was pretty fast. Cole did a beautiful job and the opener is so much quieter and smooth. The whole process was organized and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

We had 2 garage doors, one that needed repair and another that needed an opener. We called Precision and were glad that we did. Anthony was our service technician and did a great job fixing our door that had a problem opening, as well as, installing an opener on our other garage door. He was timely, courteous and did a great job handling the work. One of the garage doors required a special opener due to how the garage door was installed. Anthony did a great job and even returned to make a minor adjustment. The office staff and Anthony were both great. We will always use Precision and request Anthony, who was honest in his assessments and recommendations.

Returned from our Winter home and found the rubber gasket seal along the bottom of our garage door where it meets the ground had badly deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Called several Vendors (we had not needed garage door services in the past). The person we spoke with at Precision was professional and helpful, answering as best he could, all the questions I had, questions the other vendors either could not answer or gave vague answers ("we won't know until we get there", etc) Precision gave us a good cost estimate (which was quite a bit lower than the other guestimates) and offered to send someone out that day and, as arranged, the technician arrived right on time. Cole was courteous and professional. He did a quick "safety inspection" of the overall door system and gave us some recommendations (which I was expecting) but he did not try to pressure me to have any other additional work done. After the inspection, he replaced the gasket and secured it in about 15 minutes and we were done. Problem solved--looks good. The price was reasonable and would definitely call again if any repairs need to be made

Phenomenal service. Called at 5:45PM after coming home to a broken spring, and was able to set up a service call for first thing in the morning. When the technician (Cole) was on his way, I received a phone call and a text message with his photo and credentials. Cole was professional, starting with a safety inspection covering all aspects of the opening mechanism. We then spoke about his findings, and he pointed out a slightly bent track and signs of wear on my rollers and lateral clearance in my bearings, all of which likely contributed to the broken spring. He walked me through his recommended repairs, and quickly got to work. He was in and out within 1-1/2 hours and my garage door is the smoothest and quietest it’s been.
