I was given an appointment for the very next day and the technician showed up right on time. He was very friendly and understood the issues that I reported. It was clear that he had also reviewed what was done one year ago. At one point he consulted with his supervisor by phone to verify that what he thought was the best solution was in fact the best solution. It was and it not only solved my issue but it was covered under my warranty so there was no charge. The technician explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Extremely impressive service.

I had called 4 overhead door companies for price and availability comparison. The effective website is what prompted me to also contact Precision. Willow, at the call center, has tremendous customer service skills and immediately eased all of my concerns. As soon as I heard that a Technician would be dispatched, that same day; there was no doubt that Precision was getting my business. The Estimator and the Techs all did a great job. Your Service representative took numerous photographs inside my garage without asking or obtaining my permission. I consider this a violation of privacy since he was on my property and inside my garage with the door closed while I was outside the garage.He also made so many references to legalities that I wondered if I might need a lawyer. He left me with the distinct impression that he was there to frighten me into buying a new door. If and when I do buy a new door I doubt it will be from your company.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician called to let me know when he was on his way to my house. He did an overall inspection of my unit and suggested a few other items that needed attention and explained why. After approving the cost, the work was done quickly and the door is operating as it should. Was kept updated along the way.

Our overhead garage door had not worked properly for years when one of the main springs broke. Precision sent Andrew the day after we called and he not only replaced the spring, but checked the other parts of our system, explained which parts were worn and should be replaced, and installed a new motor {at our request) so that the door once again functions as it ought to and we no longer have to open it manually. Andrew was courteous, professional and we felt throughout that he "knew his stuff". We would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone looking for similar repair work.

Hi! Wanted to wait a week before responding. I’m laughing about “purchased a new product” - the only thing not new is the wooden door and glass windows. hahahahaha! Original door was installed in December 1981. Zac was impressive- knowledgeable, very helpful. He explained what was needed to update for safety; also new springs as one was about to break. My door is quiet and safe. Thank you Zac for a perfect job very well done!! One thing I think should be different: the invoice should be easier to read . It is incredibly small print. I did print it off, but there were 7 pages and mine started at page #2. I am very satisfied and have recommended Precision Door to friends.

My door opening cable was broken and my car was trapped in my garage on a Saturday. Thankfully Precision Door has 24 hour service. Zack got here at the earlier time (from 3 to 6 pm) which helped me get things done once he left. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the condition of my door and what I’d need to do in the near future.

My garage door openers would open but not close the door. I’ve seen the commercials for Precision and gave them a call. Zack M was my tech. He arrived early which is always nice and was very professional. Zack explained what was wrong, what was needed, and I gave the go ahead. Once Zack was done, he gave me a tutorial and my owners information. I love how quiet the new motor is, new openers, and Wi-Fi capabilities. Truly appreciate Zack and Precision. Job well done!

We needed our garage door repaired and began to search online. After reading reviews about Precision Overhead Garage Door Service we decided to give them a try. 1) Called them on Saturday and was pleased to find they could have someone out on Monday. They could actually have someone out on Sunday but we were away for the day. We scheduled the appointment for 8-11 on Monday morning. 2) Andrew called me at 8:05 saying he would arrive approximately at 8:45. He arrived at 8:40 and promptly got to work appraising the repair. He provided a quote I agreed to and got to work. Andrew completed his work in record time with fantastic results. Look no further than Precision when looking for residential overhead door repair. On Friday I arrived home and just minutes after walking in the house I heard I loud bang from my attached garage. Rushed out to find a cable hanging loose and the door out of commission. Recently I had received a Val-pak booklet with Precision Door inside. I had checked the web and read the reviews and was impressed by the customer comments, so I knew who to contact on Friday. I was surprised I could make a Sunday appointment. Sunday I was contacted by Andrew who asked if he could come earlier. How often does that happen??? He arrived shortly after and assessed the issues with the door. Gave me options for repair and once I made my selection, he completed the work I requested. I could not have asked for better results. I called Precision based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law and after reading so many positive online reviews. One of the springs on my garage door snapped. I received an appt for the very next day, and Michael Bowman and Evona arrived early and were very helpful and patiently answered all of my many questions. Came home Friday evening from vacation to a broken torsion spring! Called Precision Garage Door Service late Friday night and had an appointment for first thing Sunday morning.
