I highly recommend Precision Door! I called at 9 am because my garage door wouldn’t open and kept “obouncing” Peyton arrived at 11am after texting with a picture so I knew who would be arriving. He was highly professional, explained what was wrong and gave us 3 options for our garage door, springs, cables and rails. He had everything fixed quickly and our door has never opened and closed so smoothly and quietly! And it cost less than I expected!

I called on a Sunday morning for a broken spring and got an appt for Monday between 8 and 10 am. Zach showed up at 8:10, evaluated the situation and provided suggestions and estimates. He then performed the agreed upon work and finished about 9:40. Cost was about $1100. Is that too high? Not sure. But I was quite happy with Zach and the work he performed. My garage door now works well and I have a 3 year warranty. So I consider myself to be a satisfied customer and would use them again. Thanks!

This is the 3rd time using Precision for garage door issues. Every time I am so pleased with the quality of the service the technicians provide and the product. Today Brandon was the technician here to fix a broken seal (due to freezing) and a piece of trim which broke because of the seal. I am so happy with the work Brandon did and the way Precision does business. Brandon replaced both the seal and the trim. Door now works so smoothly, and the seal is keeping out the wind and snow! I would recommend Precision to everyone and anyone who has issues with their garage door.

I had a GREAT experience with Precision from (start my initial call to finish) when Nolan ( Technician ) completed the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Nolan arrived at my House after my initial call ( about 90 minutes later) Nolan was professional, courteous, personable and very knowledgeable with explaining everything he would be repairing by keeping me informed throughout the repair process.I highly recommend Precision and Nolan as well

They were skilled and performed their repair work thoroughly, with care and concern (sadly not that common these days). They exceeded expectations. Anthony Hill was a fine technician. He explained all my options and did not pressure me to a high end one. I needed to have two door openers replaced, and he accomplished it well, despite of the harsh temperatures. My doors function well, and are much quieter than before. I would recommend them, and will keep their phone number should my third bay need service.

The worst service I ever had by anyone. Workmanship is terrible. Installed by amateurs. Plus they returned after I called for fixing the problems and they were clueless about the issues. After just a short time I just wanted them to leave and never return. Would never recommend their services to anyone, anyone!

I saw the commercial on tv so I called them. My garage doors weren’t working properly so I called them at 10:30 am and they said someone could be here between noon and two. James got here at 12:40 pm. He was able to fix my single garage door. Then he put a new control panel in and a keyless entry in. I was amazed how quickly they could fix it. I scheduled him to come back to put in new springs and replace parts of the garage door hardware.
