I had a GREAT experience with Precision from (start my initial call to finish) when Nolan ( Technician ) completed the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Nolan arrived at my House after my initial call ( about 90 minutes later) Nolan was professional, courteous, personable and very knowledgeable with explaining everything he would be repairing by keeping me informed throughout the repair process.I highly recommend Precision and Nolan as well

Your people, Nolan and Andrew, did an outstanding job. They were at our home about an hour after I called for service. They were skilled and performed their repair work thoroughly, with care and concern (sadly not that common these days). They exceeded expectations. Anthony Hill was a fine technician. He explained all my options and did not pressure me to a high end one. I needed to have two door openers replaced, and he accomplished it well, despite of the harsh temperatures. My doors function well, and are much quieter than before. I would recommend them, and will keep their phone number should my third bay need service.

The worst service I ever had by anyone. Workmanship is terrible. Installed by amateurs. Plus they returned after I called for fixing the problems and they were clueless about the issues. After just a short time I just wanted them to leave and never return. Would never recommend their services to anyone, anyone!

I saw the commercial on tv so I called them. My garage doors weren’t working properly so I called them at 10:30 am and they said someone could be here between noon and two. James got here at 12:40 pm. He was able to fix my single garage door. Then he put a new control panel in and a keyless entry in. I was amazed how quickly they could fix it. I scheduled him to come back to put in new springs and replace parts of the garage door hardware.

When I called Precision for our broken door, I was able to talk to an actual very helpful person who was able to schedule the tech to come to our home on our schedule. Zack arrived right on time, and in a few minutes assessed the door and was able to discuss options and pricing. He helped us decide on repair work, and he had everything in his van to complete all of the repairs. The service was great, reasonable cost, and our door is working better than it has in a long time. We are very pleased with all aspects of the service, from the initial call to the work done to the pricing!!!

Colonial Overhead door no longer services our area. I contacted Marantac direct. They found your name and number. So I called. When the tech arrived, it became obvious very quickly you didn’t service Marantac efficiently. To the point, instead of repairing or replacing the key fob for $53, he choose to offer me a new garage door opener system for $920 each. I had 5 doors involved. Do the math - $4,500 or the $110 I spent at Marantac. Trust me I will never be calling again. The tech was very polite but he had no intention of reprogramming my remotes. No batteries. He didn’t even have the little 3 prong adapter to copy one remote from another. His goal was to sell me $1,000 garage door openers. But thank you for responding so quickly. I included that when I was telling Marantac of my experience.

I was dealing with a misalignment on my garage door for weeks, tried to fix it myself, but to no avail. I kept putting it off, then one busy afternoon when I was flat on my back at physical therapy, I looked up the number to on my phone, called and got an appointment right away! There was someone home so I sent them right over, When I got home my door was fixed at a great price. Life doesn’t get much easier than that folks. If only everyone was this dependable. Been a customer for years! Highly recommend!

A few years ago we had a new door installed by another company. We needed service as the door made a screatching sound and wasn't smooth. The technician arrived and surveyed the door and proposed a fix. He explained it well and went on to replace all the hardware on the door. He said the door itself was an expensive door that didn't need replacing. It works well and we are happy.

We contacted Precision Garage Door Service on January 7th because we were having issues with the door. Making the appointment online was very easy and we received an immediate response. Cole came out the very next day-yesterday morning. He called us earlier than our appointment and it worked out perfectly. Cole was very polite and knowledgeable. We have just moved into a new property and the garage door was not hooked up to the opener. I put the call in and immediately got a text reply saying thank you for booking an appointment. I left the message on the day before NY's Eve thinking maybe i'd get a visit the first week of January. They came the next day and also came early. Communication was excellent with first a call to book a time, a text to confirm and then a call from the serviceman to say he could come earlier as he had completed a previous job early. Anthony was his name and when he turned up he was courteous, kind, communicative and listened to what we wanted. A 3 tier approach, 1. get us up and running 2. a quote for a new door and 3. A quote for 2 new doors and mechanics. It's fair to say that our garage door was screwed and upon inspection we found damage to the door, hence why it had been disconnected. Anthony offered options and next steps and then proceeded to get us up and running. He even offered a discount against the work carried out if in the future we booked new doors. All in all 10 out of 10. From first call to hand shakes and goodbye, everything was exemplary.
