Zack from Precision was at our house a few hours after we called. Our 25 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. He had everything he needed in his truck and efficiently installed a new Genie opener and key pad. He was thorough in explaining the options available and their features. Very pleased with Precision.

We knew the garage door needed help. It is so hard to find anyone to fix them, so we call Precision. What an absolutely wonderful find it was for us! Not only were they able to come the same day but they stayed and fixed it completely - all in the same day!!! On arrival he was able to analyze and give us a quite reasonable estimate. It had been about 20 years or so since we had put in the existing equipment. The work was completed and everything new in a very short time. We were so surprised that what they advertise is actually VERY TRUE!! We highly recommend this company and the wonderful people who work on the doors. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

During a cold snap the base of our garage door froze to the floor. When we tried to open it, the motor ripped the opener arm right off of the garage door. Within 24 hours (and on a Saturday), Precision had it fixed and then some, replacing some worn out parts and redoing our garage main spring that had been inadequately sized by the local overhead door company that did work for us a few years ago. Also, Zack was fantastic. Great attitude and thoroughly answered any questions I had. We will 100% be calling Precision next time we have any garage door problems.

I called Precision in the morning because my garage door had broken and wouldn’t close all the way and with the frigid temperatures outside, I’ve got equipment inside that can not freeze and these guys showed up and did a great job. After damaging our garage door by backing up too quickly we contacted Precision. We had seen their advertisement on the TV. We contacted them on a Sunday and after giving our info to the service, we were told that someone would be here between 2PM and 4PM. Sure enough our technician Zack Maki called and said he would be here by 1PM but would text us when he was on his way. True to his word he arrived at 1PM, assessed the damage, gave us a quote on the repair cost and time involved for the parts needed. Zack was so knowledgeable and professional and was able to get our door shut. He was a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully when the parts are received he will be the one to install them. We're so pleased with the response time

I could not be more pleased or satisfied with the job Zack did on my garage door which over the past few months has given us all sorts of problems. After a thorough review he gave a clear explanation of what the issues were, how he planned to fix them and the estimated cost. It took him about 90 minutes to repair everything and the 15 year old door now works as good as new. In addition to his obvious mechanical expertise his demeanor and personality were equally impressive. Precision Door is a total win win. I rate it and Zack 5 stars only because 6 was not a choice!
