Our garage doors had not been serviced for years. Precision prompty returned my call and scheduled an appointment that worked for us. Our technician Zack was prompt, courteous and presented me with options to return the doors to full operations. We are quite pleased and will certainly utilize Precision again, if needed.

After damaging our garage door by backing up too quickly we contacted Precision. We had seen their advertisement on the TV. We contacted them on a Sunday and after giving our info to the service, we were told that someone would be here between 2PM and 4PM. Sure enough our technician Zack Maki called and said he would be here by 1PM but would text us when he was on his way. True to his word he arrived at 1PM, assessed the damage, gave us a quote on the repair cost and time involved for the parts needed. Zack was so knowledgeable and professional and was able to get our door shut. He was a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully when the parts are received he will be the one to install them. We're so pleased with the response time

I could not be more pleased or satisfied with the job Zack did on my garage door which over the past few months has given us all sorts of problems. After a thorough review he gave a clear explanation of what the issues were, how he planned to fix them and the estimated cost. It took him about 90 minutes to repair everything and the 15 year old door now works as good as new. In addition to his obvious mechanical expertise his demeanor and personality were equally impressive. Precision Door is a total win win. I rate it and Zack 5 stars only because 6 was not a choice!

We have our garage door repaired today due to it not being aligned. Zach our service tech was very friendly and explained how he was going to fix the problem. He had it repaired in about 45 minutes. No issues. I called Precision, due to another local garage door company said that it couldn’t be repaired.

I was very impressed from my first contact with the company and continued to be so after meeting my installer. He worked really hard to complete some difficult tasks. Unfortuantely for him he has to return for complete the wifi setup.

I called Precision after finding our 5 year old garage door suddenly wouldn't open or close, even manually (due to a broken spring). Cole was our technician and arrived about 1 hour after my phone call! He was amazing, after doing an inspection he gave us 3 options for repairs, including one that replaced basically ALL the garage door parts (and had a 5 year warranty). We chose that plan so we now have an almost new door , new springs, new motor, new keypad and remotes etc. Cole was very respectful, very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all our questions and explained our new keypad. I'm very impressed with this company and their ability to finish a 2 hour job on a same day basis with no advance appointment . Great company to do business with, highly recommend!!

I was able to have someone come out the same day I called, at 6:00pm. I was called and told that the technician would be a few minutes late. Cole Warrington, the technician, was wonderful and most helpful. He came back the next morning at 8:30 am and replaced my Garage door opener and he explained what he did and guided me through what to do and how. I am very impressed and would recommend Precision Garage Door to my family and friends

I had hoped to have my 2 doors upgraded to torsion springs, align the rails properly and lube and adjust both doors. I was quoted 3k + just to change the springs, outrageous. Springs and all necessary hardware are approx. $500 from what I can find online. He wouldn’t align or move rails in fear that the door would fall. After he left I did it in 10 minutes. Although the young man was polite and informative, all that was done took him less than 1/2 hour, $150+. Won’t call again, way too expensive. Just do it myself in the future.

Andrew arrived only a couple days after I requested a quote. He was quick and informative, so we decided to go with Precision for our garage door installation. The installation was scheduled quickly. On the day of installation, Brian arrived on time by himself. We were concerned that the installation may not go well with only one installer. Boy, were we wrong! Brian was very courteous, informative and worked hard to get the doors installed the same day. Before he left, he made sure the doors opened and closed properly. Brian deserves a gold star from Precision because he made our experience with Precision exemplary! He's a keeper in our eyes.

Today we just needed a seal replaced. It was our first time using Precision and we are very pleased with the outcome and price. The technician Peyton Gatlin could not have been more pleasant or professional. He explained the options for replacing the seal, quoted the job and then quickly completed the work. He then did a complimentary inspection of all our overhead doors, wrote a quote for additionally recommended work and finished by lubricating hinges, etc. Although we will not be doing the additional work now we will not hesitate to call on Precision for this work in the future.

The torsion spring on one of my garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. Instead of tracking down the original installers from ten years ago, I decided to give Precision Doors a call as I had seen their television commercials a number of times and they seemed to have good reviews. I contacted them that same Sunday evening through their website chat function and was connected immediately to a live person. They said they could get someone out the next morning. And sure enough, their repair person showed up at 8 AM. I was informed of his arrival via email and text message and even had a map to show where he was. James explained the various levels of repair and I choose the least expensive option which was $500. Certainly a bit higher than what I was expecting but rather than shopping around I went ahead with him. Perfect job done within an hour. Even though the price was high, I thought it was worth it for the quick response and follow through. Would I call them again? I think so.
