We were grateful to receive a quick appointment when our garage doors suddenly started malfunctioning. The Precision tech inspected our doors and gave us several repair options within a very short time. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and was able to start the repairs immediately with the equipment and materials in his truck. He estimated the time it would take and that’s exactly how much time it took. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Highly professional and flawless customer service, highly recommend!

Precision Garage Door was a pleasure to do business with from the initial phone call to the door opener installation. An actual person answered when I called. Christina was professional and courteous. We set an appointment for the next day. Later I received a call from ShaRaad saying Mike could come today. Mike was extremely knowledgeable. Listened to the type of door opener that I wanted. He had the old opener out and the new opener installed in a jiffy. I will always use Precision.

Mike did a great job for us. He should up on time, and then he worked efficiently to replace torsion springs on both of our garage doors. He was friendly and thorough in his explanations. When I awoke this morning, I knew I had to call as one of the springs was snapped. I was very surprised that he showed up promptly and got all the work done in under two hours. Happy to check that box off my to do list!
