Today we just needed a seal replaced. It was our first time using Precision and we are very pleased with the outcome and price. The technician Peyton Gatlin could not have been more pleasant or professional. He explained the options for replacing the seal, quoted the job and then quickly completed the work. He then did a complimentary inspection of all our overhead doors, wrote a quote for additionally recommended work and finished by lubricating hinges, etc. Although we will not be doing the additional work now we will not hesitate to call on Precision for this work in the future.

The torsion spring on one of my garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. Instead of tracking down the original installers from ten years ago, I decided to give Precision Doors a call as I had seen their television commercials a number of times and they seemed to have good reviews. I contacted them that same Sunday evening through their website chat function and was connected immediately to a live person. They said they could get someone out the next morning. And sure enough, their repair person showed up at 8 AM. I was informed of his arrival via email and text message and even had a map to show where he was. James explained the various levels of repair and I choose the least expensive option which was $500. Certainly a bit higher than what I was expecting but rather than shopping around I went ahead with him. Perfect job done within an hour. Even though the price was high, I thought it was worth it for the quick response and follow through. Would I call them again? I think so.

Hi. Just wanted to commend Peyton who was the technician who came out and took care of my door. My neighbor had to keep coming back and closing it since it would automatically open. Who took care of everything with pride and explained thing’s thoroughly. Hopefully it will last a little while longer before I may have to replace things which right now I can’t afford. He even changed the light bulb for me. What a lovely young man. Thank you for the speedy turnaround as well. One of my garage door springs snapped over the weekend so I was referred by a friend who recently had work done and I submitted a request to have it fixed. I was able to get it fixed first thing Monday morning. Dillion arrived promptly and was very professional in his suggestions/the work he performed. I ended up getting a few other fixes done as well and would definitely recommend anyone having garage door issues to use Precision.

On 10/30 I came home to a broken garage door. I called Halloween morning on 10/31 and at 2 pm Dillon arrived. He was prompt, very personable and professional. He gave me several options and provided explanations for each option. He replaced the springs and headers of both doors. The work was done efficiently and he was done before the first Trick or Treaters came! He also fixed my broken key entry pad. Awesome response and service! Peace of mind is a wonderful thing!

I looked online for someone to come repair my garage door. I saw online a few local people had used your company and were very pleased with your work and your attention to a prompt response. The day after my call, Cole Warrington was at my doorstep and completed the job in a very timely manner. He thoroughly explained the different options I had and understood I wasn’t able to do all of the fixes, but after careful consideration, I did add onto the original quoted price. I was extremely impressed with this company from the office staff, and especially with our technician Zack. All professional yet friendly and caring. The follow up also was amazing. Our problem was diagnosed quickly, a quote was given, along wirh s full explanation of the work and costs. All parts and equipment were on the truck so no return trip was necessary.
