The torsion spring on one of my garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. Instead of tracking down the original installers from ten years ago, I decided to give Precision Doors a call as I had seen their television commercials a number of times and they seemed to have good reviews. I contacted them that same Sunday evening through their website chat function and was connected immediately to a live person. They said they could get someone out the next morning. And sure enough, their repair person showed up at 8 AM. I was informed of his arrival via email and text message and even had a map to show where he was. James explained the various levels of repair and I choose the least expensive option which was $500. Certainly a bit higher than what I was expecting but rather than shopping around I went ahead with him. Perfect job done within an hour. Even though the price was high, I thought it was worth it for the quick response and follow through. Would I call them again? I think so.

Hi. Just wanted to commend Peyton who was the technician who came out and took care of my door. My neighbor had to keep coming back and closing it since it would automatically open. Who took care of everything with pride and explained thing’s thoroughly. Hopefully it will last a little while longer before I may have to replace things which right now I can’t afford. He even changed the light bulb for me. What a lovely young man. Thank you for the speedy turnaround as well. I will definitely recommend your company to others as it was also cheaper than another place I had called Thank you again!!

Very easy to book online. Technician was polite and was very experienced in what he was doing. I especially liked the text that came as soon as he called saying he was on his way, with his picture and details about him. Zack was great!

Dillon did a great job replacing the springs and adjusting the cables on our garage door. The entire process from selecting the level of service we wanted to explaining what would be done was explained by Dillon very clearly and accurately. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone wishing to get their garage doors operating smoothly and quietly. Thank you, Jim P.

Precision came recommended from a few acquaintances. Most impressively, garage.com connects those accessing it with Precision as the first to call for a garage door emergency. Precision’s reception associates are very good at assessing the problem and scheduling Precision’s resources accordingly. Precision’s techs are skilled at identifying appropriate customer choices for products and services, and their work is professionally and timely delivered with care and pride.

One of my garage door springs snapped over the weekend so I was referred by a friend who recently had work done and I submitted a request to have it fixed. I was able to get it fixed first thing Monday morning. Dillion arrived promptly and was very professional in his suggestions/the work he performed. I ended up getting a few other fixes done as well and would definitely recommend anyone having garage door issues to use Precision.

On 10/30 I came home to a broken garage door. I called Halloween morning on 10/31 and at 2 pm Dillon arrived. He was prompt, very personable and professional. He gave me several options and provided explanations for each option. He replaced the springs and headers of both doors. The work was done efficiently and he was done before the first Trick or Treaters came! He also fixed my broken key entry pad. Awesome response and service! Peace of mind is a wonderful thing!

I looked online for someone to come repair my garage door. I saw online a few local people had used your company and were very pleased with your work and your attention to a prompt response. The day after my call, Cole Warrington was at my doorstep and completed the job in a very timely manner. He thoroughly explained the different options I had and understood I wasn’t able to do all of the fixes, but after careful consideration, I did add onto the original quoted price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their garage door needs and Cole who was very efficient and knowledgeable!

Cole came to change garage door opener code on a Saturday at the time I was told he’d arrive. He was courteous and polite, knew exactly what he was doing and had the job done in very little time. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I need service. The price was very fair too.

Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service, for my experience with your professional and personal employees in regard to the setting up an appointment on the phone with customer service to my home (6 Turner Lane, Loudonville, NY 12211) and your technicians who came to my home and took care of the garage door misalignment and replacing the openers. Repairs were completed within an hour, And I was given the tour of the results. Probably the best company I have ever dealt with.
