Precision Garage Door Service was great at getting me in at the last minute for the installation of a Chamberlain garage opener. Nolan showed up on time and had a great attitude. He was very passionate about the job and answered every question I had. He was very knowledgeable and also down-to-earth. He started right away and finished his work in ample time. He did a great job overall. I would have given 5 stars, but felt prices were high-end. Other than that, great service.

All I had was a service call where they looked at the door. The quoted price to repair was outrageous. I would have been happy to pay the cost of parts and a couple hundred for labor, but they quoted almost a thousand dollars to replace a spring and a couple pullies.

We were very happy with Precision. AJ came to give us an estimate on a new garage door and talked to us about what needed to be done to change from two 8 ft doors into one 16 ft one. He was here on schedule. Once we decided to go with it he told us to call when we knew the beam would be completed and he would be over to install the door. As promised he was here on time and job completed. We highly recommend AJ.

I recently called Precision Garage Door Service to book an appointment. I was told they could send a technician the next day, between 8 - 11 a.m. As promised shortly after 8 am I received a text from Chris who said he was on the way. I found Chris to be courteous, professional and obviously experienced. He discussed several options and gave me some sound advice, suggestions and an estimate on a new system. Based on my positive experience with Chris, I have no problem referring friends or relatives to Precision Door and Garage and I plan on using them in the future for any issues with my overhead door.
