I do not usually write reviews but this service was exceptional. Although I called about 9 on a Sunday night my call was answered by Andrea and a service appt. was made for the next day for between 12-2. Zack arrived at 1:30. He did a 25 point safety check and discussed findings with me. Although I thought the price was high, I had him do the job. He did excellent work and was very professional and friendly. In the future Precision will be my company of choice. I highly recommend.

Had a new garage door installed. The technician, Colin, was very pleasant to deal with and very informative. When he found another problem with my existing door opener he replaced the faulty parts at no extra charge. Scheduling was fast and easy. I needed a new keypad garage door opener and was unable to program it myself to work. I Googled up garage door companies near me, and Precision came up. This was Saturday, and they were able to get someone there by Sunday at 10:00AM. While he was there, I agreed to a door tune up, which included new rollers, and lubrication.He was well trained and knowledgeable and did the whole thing in short order. I already had the keypad, but he programmed it correctly.$178.00.

They answered the phone that is an actual person answered the phone and had a technician available that day, I changed the appt to the next day and he was very prompt and very good, It was an expensive repair so I hope I dont need anymore work. but they were very good. I recommend them highly.

I chose Precision after reviewing several companies. When I called Christine she clearly explained the company fees and policies. A photo of the technician was sent prior to his arrival which is a great safety feature. Cole, the technician sent a text and arrived within the timeframe given. He asked several questions about what I was experiencing; he made an assessment and gave me all the options available to address my issues. He installed the new motor and hardware and then patiently explained all the features in the new system. He was professional and courteous. I reached out on Monday night through the website. The response was so QUICK! The repair was even QUICKER! They arrived Tuesday morning. Dillon called and said he would arrive in 45 minutes. When he arrived he was able to diagnose in less than 15. He showed me 3 options for repair/replacement. The customer service was exceptional! After i decided which option we would go with, Dillon said he could replace it in the moment. Which he did! It didn’t take him too long either. He was so personable, kind to my crazy children and explained everything so great! 10/10 recommend Precision Garage Doors!

The remote control for my Genie Intel locker garage door opener died. Precision Garage Door's service technician quote a ballpark price of $900 to replace the opener motor (which is in perfect working condition) !! The unit motor needed replacement to match code with the new remote.
