I needed a new keypad garage door opener and was unable to program it myself to work. I Googled up garage door companies near me, and Precision came up. This was Saturday, and they were able to get someone there by Sunday at 10:00AM. While he was there, I agreed to a door tune up, which included new rollers, and lubrication. He was well trained and knowledgeable and did the whole thing in short order. I already had the keypad, but he programmed it correctly.$178.00.

I chose Precision after reviewing several companies. When I called Christine she clearly explained the company fees and policies. A photo of the technician was sent prior to his arrival which is a great safety feature. Cole, the technician sent a text and arrived within the timeframe given. He asked several questions about what I was experiencing; he made an assessment and gave me all the options available to address my issues. He installed the new motor and hardware and then patiently explained all the features in the new system. He was professional and courteous. I woukd recommend this company to meet your needs regarding garage door replacement and/ or repairs. Thank you Cole for giving me peace of mind.

I reached out on Monday night through the website. The response was so QUICK! The repair was even QUICKER! They arrived Tuesday morning. Dillon called and said he would arrive in 45 minutes. When he arrived he was able to diagnose in less than 15. He showed me 3 options for repair/replacement. The customer service was exceptional! After i decided which option we would go with, Dillon said he could replace it in the moment. Which he did! It didn’t take him too long either. He was so personable, kind to my crazy children and explained everything so great! 10/10 recommend Precision Garage Doors!

My garage doors were having a hard time closing. I saw your commercials on tv and called. You sent someone out to give me an estimate the next day. I did't expect such a fast response. The tech Cole Warrington who worked on the doors was very experienced, courteous and on time. I highly recommend your company! And especially Cole!

I have a 30 man crew performing heavy collision & mechanical repairs on trucks. We also perform roll up & swing door repairs & installations. We also build new bodies for the fine art industry. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship your tech showed me. He was honest about what happened & apologized for the poor installation from the previous technicians. He even took the time to replace the hardware in the other door to prevent another road service which i know cost your company lost revenue. I will highly recommend your company for any door work or purchase of a new door. Thank you again for your quick response. Mike Rogers

Painless to request an appointment online and I was able to schedule the appointment for the very next day. Tech called prior to my appointment time so I was ready when he came. Fixed my issue quickly and was such a nice man. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service.

The remote control for my Genie Intel locker garage door opener died. Precision Garage Door's service technician quote a ballpark price of $900 to replace the opener motor (which is in perfect working condition) !! The unit motor needed replacement to match code with the new remote.

On Saturday evening, we realized that our garage door was not working properly. Once I got the garage door up, the Motor only hummed and buzzed when I tried to put it back down. My husband did some research Sunday morning online and discovered Precision Garage Doors. He was impressed with everything he read. He left a message on their direct phone line and received a text within 30 minutes. We also received a message that a tech name Zack would be at our home in approximately one hour. Zach showed up in one hour diagnosed the problem as a dead 38 year-old door opener and offered options to my husband. He had exactly what my husband wanted on hand and did a very thorough job of replacing the old door opener with a new one he also replaced the 38 year old rollers that came with the original opener. Zach was very knowledgeable, did excellent work, was very neat and clean and personable. We highly recommend Zack and this company to anyone that we know.
