On Saturday evening, we realized that our garage door was not working properly. Once I got the garage door up, the Motor only hummed and buzzed when I tried to put it back down. My husband did some research Sunday morning online and discovered Precision Garage Doors. He was impressed with everything he read. He left a message on their direct phone line and received a text within 30 minutes. We also received a message that a tech name Zack would be at our home in approximately one hour. Zach showed up in one hour diagnosed the problem as a dead 38 year-old door opener and offered options to my husband. He had exactly what my husband wanted on hand and did a very thorough job of replacing the old door opener with a new one he also replaced the 38 year old rollers that came with the original opener. Zach was very knowledgeable, did excellent work, was very neat and clean and personable. We highly recommend Zack and this company to anyone that we know.

Precision’s website was user friendly and I was able to book a service and get an appointment quickly to repair garage door opener that was not working. Zach was on time and professional. He explained the problems with our system and offered different options with each cost - so we could choose the one that best served our needs. Precision is a first class company. Called and had my issue solved in less than 24 hours. The receptionist was as courteous as could be and arranged for a service rep the next day. The service rep called earlier than expected and sent his ID and background info before he arrived. Inspection was completed , problem identified and options were given. Dylan was extremely efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. Very nice young man. I will highly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

A personable young man came with a professioal approach and explained his approach to the job. Shortly, he came back to me explaining his two estimates:one for a new door and one for repairing the old door. Each estimate was clear and concise so that i was able to come to an immediate decision and the repair was completed in a prompt and efficient manner. Called on Saturday, figuring I would leave a message but somebody answered! I needed to have my garage door checked - it wasn't closing properly, it was making a jittering noise, and it was "heavy" when opened, and unattached from the opener. The person who answered looked at her calendar and said someone could be out on Sunday morning. What a surprise! I said yes. The next day, Zach Maki called me to say he was on the way, and would be there within 20 minutes. He was, and greeted me cheerily. We went over my concerns and then Zach performed an inspection. He found several things wrong with the door hardware. He said we could replace some or all of the failing items. I chose to replace. he looked everything up on his tablet, computed a price and showed me the detailed items. 40 minutes later, the work was completed and we went over things. I found that the door, when unattached from the drive, was still heavy as the door got more than half way closed. He made adjustments on the springs and abrakadabra...it was fixed and balanced. The garage door hadn't been that quiet since I first put the door in. Great work!

I obtained estimates for the work needed, and have presented them to my property manager (I rent). Awesome company. Went with them because of ads I saw on TV and they were legit to thier word. Dillon the technician was courteous professional and excellent at his craft. I couldn't believe he had busted springs, broken chain new motor springs rollers ect, ect all installed to perfection in like 2 and 1/2 hrs by himself. Amazing and I would highly recommend them. Called at 10 am door fixed same day. Hard to find supreme service at a reasonable price like that these days. Thank you Percision and thanks again to Dillon

The tech came the afternoon of the day our door broke (Saturday 7/5). Job done within an hour. He certainly knew his job. Cost more than expected but we had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken spring.

I called Precision 3 days after moving into my new house when the spring gave out on my old solid wood garage door. They came out same day and seen what they could do. He didn’t have a spring in stock that was heavy enough to support the door, they tried getting one and for the cost I decided to let them give me a quote on a whole new door, hardware, rails etc. They came back with 3 varying prices and I was able to modify one to include an insulted door for only a few dollars more. Very satisfied with their installation and the door. I’ve had them come back every year now for a door service with lube and tightening bolts and checking sensors and opener. Always professional attitudes and knowledgable techs. Will keep using their services until I have a reason not to.

The technican was prompt, polite, and informational. He did the work needed in a timely manner and it seems to be done correctly. However, I think the price was steep, for the time he was there and the material used. On top of that I got an estimate for a new door that also was way higher than what I would consider normal.

Precision Garage Door Service was great at getting me in at the last minute for the installation of a Chamberlain garage opener. Nolan showed up on time and had a great attitude. He was very passionate about the job and answered every question I had. He was very knowledgeable and also down-to-earth. He started right away and finished his work in ample time. He did a great job overall. I would have given 5 stars, but felt prices were high-end. Other than that, great service.
