One of the springs on the rod over my garage door had broken, and I didn't see if for about two weeks. The door operated anyways, just slower opening and closing. Bing Search recommended Precision Overhead Door, so I called them. They showed up when they said they would, assessed what needed to be done, and did the work quickly. I highly recommend Precision Door! I called at 9 am because my garage door wouldn’t open and kept “obouncing” Peyton arrived at 11am after texting with a picture so I knew who would be arriving. He was highly professional, explained what was wrong and gave us 3 options for our garage door, springs, cables and rails. He had everything fixed quickly and our door has never opened and closed so smoothly and quietly! And it cost less than I expected!

I called on a Sunday morning for a broken spring and got an appt for Monday between 8 and 10 am. Zach showed up at 8:10, evaluated the situation and provided suggestions and estimates. He then performed the agreed upon work and finished about 9:40. Cost was about $1100. Is that too high? Not sure. But I was quite happy with Zach and the work he performed. My garage door now works well and I have a 3 year warranty. So I consider myself to be a satisfied customer and would use them again. Thanks!

Colonial Overhead door no longer services our area. I contacted Marantac direct. They found your name and number. So I called. When the tech arrived, it became obvious very quickly you didn’t service Marantac efficiently. To the point, instead of repairing or replacing the key fob for $53, he choose to offer me a new garage door opener system for $920 each. I had 5 doors involved. Do the math - $4,500 or the $110 I spent at Marantac. Trust me I will never be calling again. The tech was very polite but he had no intention of reprogramming my remotes. No batteries. He didn’t even have the little 3 prong adapter to copy one remote from another. His goal was to sell me $1,000 garage door openers. But thank you for responding so quickly. I included that when I was telling Marantac of my experience.

A few years ago we had a new door installed by another company. We needed service as the door made a screatching sound and wasn't smooth. The technician arrived and surveyed the door and proposed a fix. He explained it well and went on to replace all the hardware on the door. He said the door itself was an expensive door that didn't need replacing. It works well and we are happy.

We contacted Precision Garage Door Service on January 7th because we were having issues with the door. Making the appointment online was very easy and we received an immediate response. Cole came out the very next day-yesterday morning. He called us earlier than our appointment and it worked out perfectly. Cole was very polite and knowledgeable. He assessed our situation and explained our options. He did what he said he would in the time frame he gave us. We are very pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend Cole and Precision! We have just moved into a new property and the garage door was not hooked up to the opener. I put the call in and immediately got a text reply saying thank you for booking an appointment. I left the message on the day before NY's Eve thinking maybe i'd get a visit the first week of January. They came the next day and also came early. Communication was excellent with first a call to book a time, a text to confirm and then a call from the serviceman to say he could come earlier as he had completed a previous job early. Anthony was his name and when he turned up he was courteous, kind, communicative and listened to what we wanted. A 3 tier approach, 1. get us up and running 2. a quote for a new door and 3. A quote for 2 new doors and mechanics. It's fair to say that our garage door was screwed and upon inspection we found damage to the door, hence why it had been disconnected. Anthony offered options and next steps and then proceeded to get us up and running. He even offered a discount against the work carried out if in the future we booked new doors. All in all 10 out of 10. From first call to hand shakes and goodbye, everything was exemplary.

Precision responded promptly to our phone call. They set up an appointment for an estimate on the following day, called a few minutes before arriving at the scheduled time. The service person was easy to work with and did not try to up sell us to getting the second door serviced. He had all the necessary materials on his truck and installed a new door opener in a short period of time. The second company didn't return our call until Precision had nearly completed the installation.

The gentleman came in the middle of an ice storm. He couldn’t get his van up our long driveway so he walked back and forth from our house to his van to get needed supplies. He replaced the black rubber on bottom of 2 garage doors in less than 30 minutes. Excellent work.

Precision Garage Door Service was recommended to me by a neighbor when it became clear, on this very cold day, that I needed professional service in a hurry due to a fear of freezing water pipes in the garage.
