The Technician, Mike, arrived on time, assessed the damage and gave me several options and estimates, with no high pressure. The repair work was done within an hour. The garage door now works fine. Amazing service. Called to get repair done on our garage door about 8:30 and ShaRaad Humes arrived by 9:30. He clearly explained the nature of the problem and gave us options to repair the opener. Found Precision on Angi's list. They quickly followed up with a phone call and we scheduled the service. Email the day before service confirmed the visit and time window and provided a bio and picture of our technician. Technician (ShaRaad) called when he was 15 minutes out.
