Precision Garage Door was a pleasure to do business with from the initial phone call to the door opener installation. An actual person answered when I called. Christina was professional and courteous. We set an appointment for the next day. Later I received a call from ShaRaad saying Mike could come today. Mike was extremely knowledgeable. Listened to the type of door opener that I wanted. He had the old opener out and the new opener installed in a jiffy. I will always use Precision.

Only garage door company I could get to get an appointment. I saw an ad for same day surface but somehow did not apply. I was told only one tech was on duty. So much for same day service. However your tech was friendly and quick he did a great job thank you

We are very impressed with the responsiveness and accommodation by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Mike S was our technician. He was professional, polite and understanding of our situation. We ended up needing a replacement garage door which was installed two days after his initial visit. Overall, wonderful experience. Thanks Mike!

Amazing service. Called to get repair done on our garage door about 8:30 and ShaRaad Humes arrived by 9:30. He clearly explained the nature of the problem and gave us options to repair the opener. Found Precision on Angi's list. They quickly followed up with a phone call and we scheduled the service. Email the day before service confirmed the visit and time window and provided a bio and picture of our technician. Technician (ShaRaad) called when he was 15 minutes out. We called today 7/6/23 for an estimate and in 30 minutes Precision was at our house and after checking everything out we decided yes we wanted the new openers he said I can do it now. That was so awesome we are very happy and would recommend this superior service????????????. Sharaad was our guy
