We are very impressed with the responsiveness and accommodation by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Mike S was our technician. He was professional, polite and understanding of our situation. Amazing service. Called to get repair done on our garage door about 8:30 and ShaRaad Humes arrived by 9:30. He clearly explained the nature of the problem and gave us options to repair the opener. Found Precision on Angi's list. They quickly followed up with a phone call and we scheduled the service. Email the day before service confirmed the visit and time window and provided a bio and picture of our technician. Technician (ShaRaad) called when he was 15 minutes out.
