Precision Garage Door Service was recommended to me by a neighbor when it became clear, on this very cold day, that I needed professional service in a hurry due to a fear of freezing water pipes in the garage. The service from the beginning to end was excellent. Three hours after I called the door was repaired by a serviceman, James, who was excellent. Notifications were timely and informative. Kudos to all.

Zack from Precision was at our house a few hours after we called. Our 25 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. He had everything he needed in his truck and efficiently installed a new Genie opener and key pad. He was thorough in explaining the options available and their features. We knew the garage door needed help. It is so hard to find anyone to fix them, so we call Precision. What an absolutely wonderful find it was for us! Not only were they able to come the same day but they stayed and fixed it completely - all in the same day!!! On arrival he was able to analyze and give us a quite reasonable estimate. It had been about 20 years or so since we had put in the existing equipment. The work was completed and everything new in a very short time. We were so surprised that what they advertise is actually VERY TRUE!! We highly recommend this company and the wonderful people who work on the doors. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

I called Precision in the morning because my garage door had broken and wouldn’t close all the way and with the frigid temperatures outside, I’ve got equipment inside that can not freeze and these guys showed up and did a great job. I’ve got my door back on track! The technician Cole Warrington was very courteous and professional, and worked quickly. I highly recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

I called Precision after finding our 5 year old garage door suddenly wouldn't open or close, even manually (due to a broken spring). Cole was our technician and arrived about 1 hour after my phone call! He was amazing, after doing an inspection he gave us 3 options for repairs, including one that replaced basically ALL the garage door parts (and had a 5 year warranty). We chose that plan so we now have an almost new door , new springs, new motor, new keypad and remotes etc. Cole was very respectful, very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all our questions and explained our new keypad. I'm very impressed with this company and their ability to finish a 2 hour job on a same day basis with no advance appointment . Great company to do business with, highly recommend!!

Zack came on Sunday to replace the spring and cables on the garage door and install a new opener. He was on time, very pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. Definitely a good experience and would recommend Precision without hesitation.

I had hoped to have my 2 doors upgraded to torsion springs, align the rails properly and lube and adjust both doors. I was quoted 3k + just to change the springs, outrageous. Springs and all necessary hardware are approx. $500 from what I can find online. He wouldn’t align or move rails in fear that the door would fall. After he left I did it in 10 minutes. Although the young man was polite and informative, all that was done took him less than 1/2 hour, $150+. Won’t call again, way too expensive. Just do it myself in the future.

Andrew arrived only a couple days after I requested a quote. He was quick and informative, so we decided to go with Precision for our garage door installation. The installation was scheduled quickly. On the day of installation, Brian arrived on time by himself. We were concerned that the installation may not go well with only one installer. Boy, were we wrong! Brian was very courteous, informative and worked hard to get the doors installed the same day. Before he left, he made sure the doors opened and closed properly. Brian deserves a gold star from Precision because he made our experience with Precision exemplary! He's a keeper in our eyes.

The torsion spring on one of my garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. Instead of tracking down the original installers from ten years ago, I decided to give Precision Doors a call as I had seen their television commercials a number of times and they seemed to have good reviews. I contacted them that same Sunday evening through their website chat function and was connected immediately to a live person. They said they could get someone out the next morning. And sure enough, their repair person showed up at 8 AM. I was informed of his arrival via email and text message and even had a map to show where he was. James explained the various levels of repair and I choose the least expensive option which was $500. Certainly a bit higher than what I was expecting but rather than shopping around I went ahead with him. Perfect job done within an hour. Even though the price was high, I thought it was worth it for the quick response and follow through. Would I call them again? I think so.

One of my garage door springs snapped over the weekend so I was referred by a friend who recently had work done and I submitted a request to have it fixed. I was able to get it fixed first thing Monday morning. Dillion arrived promptly and was very professional in his suggestions/the work he performed. I ended up getting a few other fixes done as well and would definitely recommend anyone having garage door issues to use Precision.

I was extremely impressed with this company from the office staff, and especially with our technician Zack. All professional yet friendly and caring. The follow up also was amazing. Our problem was diagnosed quickly, a quote was given, along wirh s full explanation of the work and costs. All parts and equipment were on the truck so no return trip was necessary. When the pads to our garage door wouldn’t lower the door, we called Precision Door. We had seen their truck in neighborhood and found positive reviews on line. You are thieves. You wanted almost $1000 to put a new spring on my door. I said I would give u $500 which is $300 too much you came back with $548 just to squeeze another $50 out of me It took your tech 15 minutes to change it. I looked up the price of the spring on Amazon. It was 2 for $60. That’s retail prices. So you probably pay $10-$15 for it. So a $10 spring and 15 minutes labor $548. I don’t know how you sleep at night. Thieves !!!!!!!

I do not usually write reviews but this service was exceptional. Although I called about 9 on a Sunday night my call was answered by Andrea and a service appt. was made for the next day for between 12-2. Zack arrived at 1:30. He did a 25 point safety check and discussed findings with me. Although I thought the price was high, I had him do the job. He did excellent work and was very professional and friendly. In the future Precision will be my company of choice. I highly recommend.
