You are thieves. You wanted almost $1000 to put a new spring on my door. I said I would give u $500 which is $300 too much you came back with $548 just to squeeze another $50 out of me It took your tech 15 minutes to change it. I looked up the price of the spring on Amazon. It was 2 for $60. That’s retail prices. So you probably pay $10-$15 for it. So a $10 spring and 15 minutes labor $548. I don’t know how you sleep at night. Thieves !!!!!!!

I do not usually write reviews but this service was exceptional. Although I called about 9 on a Sunday night my call was answered by Andrea and a service appt. was made for the next day for between 12-2. Zack arrived at 1:30. He did a 25 point safety check and discussed findings with me. Although I thought the price was high, I had him do the job. He did excellent work and was very professional and friendly. In the future Precision will be my company of choice. I highly recommend.

Precision is a first class company. Called and had my issue solved in less than 24 hours. The receptionist was as courteous as could be and arranged for a service rep the next day. The service rep called earlier than expected and sent his ID and background info before he arrived. Inspection was completed , problem identified and options were given. Dylan was extremely efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. Very nice young man. I will highly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

Dillon came out to inspect and gave me an estimate on my garage overhead door. He was knowledgeable and professional in every way. I obtained estimates for the work needed, and have presented them to my property manager (I rent). I am in the process of waiting to see what my property manager/landlord want to do about fixing or replacing the garage door.

Awesome company. Went with them because of ads I saw on TV and they were legit to thier word. Dillon the technician was courteous professional and excellent at his craft. I couldn't believe he had busted springs, broken chain new motor springs rollers ect, ect all installed to perfection in like 2 and 1/2 hrs by himself. Amazing and I would highly recommend them. Called at 10 am door fixed same day. Hard to find supreme service at a reasonable price like that these days. Thank you Percision and thanks again to Dillon

We had a new garage door installed in November 2024. After the winter, it began to squeak loudly and it became concerning. I gave Precision Door a call and they were able to get us on the schedule for the upcoming weekend which was wonderful! They gave us a 3 hour arrival window and the technician came right in the middle of the time range. Once he arrived, he listened to the concerns and began lubricating all of the target areas on the door. He kindly gave the lubricant can to us and instructed us on the correct maintenance for the future which was very helpful. The service was quick, informative, and very appreciated. I gave 4 stars solely because it is still very loud, but we were told the lubricant needs to set in and we need to spray again in a month or so. Thank you Precision Door!

Quality of work by techies is excellent. Cost of repair is complete rip-off. Two springs, some cable, and 30 minutes labor: over $700! Reasonable cost would be half that amount. I will never hire your company again. Again techies were great, but cost is unconscionable. Zero stars.

I started being a customer of Precision Door about 2 years ago. I believe I identified 2-3 companies I would call to get both my garage doors serviced and only Precision was able to arrange a timely service visit. Customers tend to like prompt service so Precision got off on the right foot. I upgraded many parts including the broken spring(s) which prompted the calls. The service technicians were and are both friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Local businesses gain and retain business through advertising and referrals. I would be comfortable referring anyone needing garage door work to Precision..

I am very satisfied with the service I have received so far. The service technician was ahead of schedule and we reached an agreement to order a new door quickly. He went above and beyond by showing me how to open and close my existing door in the meantime so I can again use my garage. He also helped dig us both out of the snow as my very long driveway has not yet been plowed. I am very grateful.
