Getting an appointment was easy and set up for the day after I called. The technician called prior to his arrival with an ETA. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He listened as I explained what was happening with my newly installed garage door opener. After checking for possible problems he was able to reset the travel functions and correct the sensor issues. He completed a safety inspection and and offered some advised regarding the safety sensors positioning. The garage door operated correctly after he left. I am happy with the results of the service.

AJ did a great job. The tension spring on my 30 year old garage door had broken two days earlier. I wanted to replace the springs and the bottom rubber seal. AJ arrived at the agreed upon time and inspected the door. He noticed the metal rollers weren’t rolling in the tracks, rather they were being dragged up the tracks. I agreed to have these replaced as well. AJ did a fantastic job. For the past 24 years the door always squeaked when opening and closing, no longer. Great job. I am very pleased with the work performed!

We are very excited about our new opener and service! I asked precision to come and see if they could repair the old opener. The tech who was scheduled was sick today, so the manager came earlier himself. AJ showed me the worn out sprocket in my 27-year-old opener. He then installed a new unit, with new tracks and new keypad, new rollers and everything, all programmed and done in about an hour. Long-term problem was very quickly and efficiently solved today. Thank you.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician called to let me know when he was on his way to my house. He did an overall inspection of my unit and suggested a few other items that needed attention and explained why. After approving the cost, the work was done quickly and the door is operating as it should. Was kept updated along the way.
