My technician explained everything about my situation. He did not push for anything, but gave me the knowledge to make my own decision. I chose to replace my garage door opener. He was able to do it at that time. He was efficient, and explained everything about my new opener, and aided me in putting my passcode into the new garage door.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician called to let me know when he was on his way to my house. He did an overall inspection of my unit and suggested a few other items that needed attention and explained why. After approving the cost, the work was done quickly and the door is operating as it should. Was kept updated along the way.

My door opening cable was broken and my car was trapped in my garage on a Saturday. Thankfully Precision Door has 24 hour service. Zack got here at the earlier time (from 3 to 6 pm) which helped me get things done once he left.
