I was very impressed from my first contact with the company and continued to be so after meeting my installer. He worked really hard to complete some difficult tasks. Unfortuantely for him he has to return for complete the wifi setup.

I was extremely impressed with this company from the office staff, and especially with our technician Zack. All professional yet friendly and caring. The follow up also was amazing. Our problem was diagnosed quickly, a quote was given, along wirh s full explanation of the work and costs. All parts and equipment were on the truck so no return trip was necessary. Repairs were completed within an hour, And I was given the tour of the results. Probably the best company I have ever dealt with.

I do not usually write reviews but this service was exceptional. Although I called about 9 on a Sunday night my call was answered by Andrea and a service appt. was made for the next day for between 12-2. Zack arrived at 1:30. He did a 25 point safety check and discussed findings with me. Although I thought the price was high, I had him do the job. He did excellent work and was very professional and friendly. In the future Precision will be my company of choice. I highly recommend.

On Saturday evening, we realized that our garage door was not working properly. Once I got the garage door up, the Motor only hummed and buzzed when I tried to put it back down. My husband did some research Sunday morning online and discovered Precision Garage Doors. He was impressed with everything he read. He left a message on their direct phone line and received a text within 30 minutes. We also received a message that a tech name Zack would be at our home in approximately one hour. Zach showed up in one hour diagnosed the problem as a dead 38 year-old door opener and offered options to my husband. He had exactly what my husband wanted on hand and did a very thorough job of replacing the old door opener with a new one he also replaced the 38 year old rollers that came with the original opener. Zach was very knowledgeable, did excellent work, was very neat and clean and personable. We highly recommend Zack and this company to anyone that we know.

Called on Saturday, figuring I would leave a message but somebody answered! I needed to have my garage door checked - it wasn't closing properly, it was making a jittering noise, and it was "heavy" when opened, and unattached from the opener. The person who answered looked at her calendar and said someone could be out on Sunday morning. What a surprise! I said yes. The next day, Zach Maki called me to say he was on the way, and would be there within 20 minutes. He was, and greeted me cheerily. We went over my concerns and then Zach performed an inspection. He found several things wrong with the door hardware. He said we could replace some or all of the failing items. I chose to replace. he looked everything up on his tablet, computed a price and showed me the detailed items. 40 minutes later, the work was completed and we went over things. I found that the door, when unattached from the drive, was still heavy as the door got more than half way closed. He made adjustments on the springs and abrakadabra...it was fixed and balanced. The garage door hadn't been that quiet since I first put the door in. Great work!
