This morning one of our garage doors went off its track. I requested a quote from Precision Overhead Garage Door online and within 5 minutes got a call back to set up an appointment in the afternoon for an estimate. Mike came exactly on time, gave us an estimate that we accepted, and began working immediately. He finished rehabbing both our doors within an hour. We are very happy with his work and would definitely use Precision again.

Amazing service. Called to get repair done on our garage door about 8:30 and ShaRaad Humes arrived by 9:30. He clearly explained the nature of the problem and gave us options to repair the opener. Work was completed by 11:00, and ShaRaad thoroughly explained the repairs he made. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Great experience! We were in a pinch when our cable broke on a Friday afternoon leaving us with a door which was stuck closed. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get it repaired, but I was lucky to find Precision who is open on the weekend! Prompt, personable service both on the phone and in person. The technician fully explained everything to us and all of our options. He was even able to find me a teacher discount. Highly recommend.

Email the day before service confirmed the visit and time window and provided a bio and picture of our technician. Technician (ShaRaad) called when he was 15 minutes out.
