First of all, I would like to compliment you on the fact that you have an employee to talk to when customers contact Precision Door. It is so refreshing to not have to go through a pre-recorded voice mail option to set up an appointment. Secondly, I want to compliment the work performed today at our home by your technician, Mr. Zach Maki. Mr. Maki was very pleasant and polite and he really knows the business!! He immediately diagnosed our GDO problem and after getting our approval to proceed with the repairs he embarked upon repairing the door right away. I was shocked at how quickly he completed the job. His work was thorough and he was very personable as well. Whenever we need future work on our GDO, I am going to request him personally to perform the repairs.
