I hired someone to install my garage door opener, they made a total mess of it and it would not work. I called Precision Overhead service on a Thursday they came on Saturday and the service worker AJ found the problem within minutes. I made the decision to go with a professional instead of a handyman. AJ installed a new opener within an hour the same day. We have two garage bays. Alston did a great job replacing both doors, rails, and one of the door motors. Alston showed us professionalism and courtesy.

My husband and I were pleased that Precision was a 24-hour service and we called around 6 p.m. hoping for an immediate appointment. They were already booked up for the night. Jason came out a little after 9 the next morning for our 9-12 time frame. He was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job! We thought we only needed a spring replaced but it turned out that part of the opener had snapped. We did not have a Genie opener and Precision only carries parts for Genie. We reluctantly acquiesced to buying a new opener. We spent more than we were hoping to but with the knowledge that we were nearing the end of the life of the typical motor in our existing opener. Had this not been the case, we would have gone another direction. The Genie opener Jason installed is practically silent and glides like a dream. He stabilized the bracket that pulls the door and overall, we feel safer knowing the door is better supported. We hope the Genie product has a long lifespan. All parts come with a five year warranty. So far so good. Thank you Jason for your hard work and Precision for your rapid response!

Zach did an excellent job of getting us back up and running with all new hardware, torsion spring etc. While I didn't do the original install, it was done with very little room leaving Zach and his boss a bit of work. They were extremely pleasant, never complained and were extremely knowledgeable. Door hasn't worked this quietly and smoothly in 30 years! All new rollers, spring, axle, cables.

I picked percision from one line advertising and the photograph of 5 technicians. The communication with the chat talk button was awsome. I was told 12-3 p.m. and Jesse called when he was 40 minutes out and arrived here around 11 a.m. Excellent...... Jesses explained to me what was wrong causing the door spring/ chain to make a terrible noise when trying to pull up the door as well as shutting it. The door sounds and operates like a new door.

Chose Precision because they are local and offer 24 hour service. My one car garage door was open 3/4 and wouldn't budge. Earliest appointment available was three days out but they managed to squeeze me in within 24 hours. Other than sticker shock at the nearly $1700 cost of repair, I am 100 percent satisfied with the speed, efficiency and quality of the job. Staff is friendly and professional.
