I picked percision from one line advertising and the photograph of 5 technicians. The communication with the chat talk button was awsome. I was told 12-3 p.m. and Jesse called when he was 40 minutes out and arrived here around 11 a.m. Excellent...... Jesses explained to me what was wrong causing the door spring/ chain to make a terrible noise when trying to pull up the door as well as shutting it. The door sounds and operates like a new door.

Chose Precision because they are local and offer 24 hour service. My one car garage door was open 3/4 and wouldn't budge. Earliest appointment available was three days out but they managed to squeeze me in within 24 hours. Other than sticker shock at the nearly $1700 cost of repair, I am 100 percent satisfied with the speed, efficiency and quality of the job. Staff is friendly and professional.

Came home Friday evening from vacation to a broken torsion spring! Called Precision Garage Door Service late Friday night and had an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. I was given an appointment for the very next day and the technician showed up right on time. He was very friendly and understood the issues that I reported. It was clear that he had also reviewed what was done one year ago. At one point he consulted with his supervisor by phone to verify that what he thought was the best solution was in fact the best solution. It was and it not only solved my issue but it was covered under my warranty so there was no charge. The technician explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Your Service representative took numerous photographs inside my garage without asking or obtaining my permission. I consider this a violation of privacy since he was on my property and inside my garage with the door closed while I was outside the garage.He also made so many references to legalities that I wondered if I might need a lawyer. He left me with the distinct impression that he was there to frighten me into buying a new door. If and when I do buy a new door I doubt it will be from your company.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician called to let me know when he was on his way to my house. He did an overall inspection of my unit and suggested a few other items that needed attention and explained why. After approving the cost, the work was done quickly and the door is operating as it should. Was kept updated along the way.

Our overhead garage door had not worked properly for years when one of the main springs broke. Precision sent Andrew the day after we called and he not only replaced the spring, but checked the other parts of our system, explained which parts were worn and should be replaced, and installed a new motor {at our request) so that the door once again functions as it ought to and we no longer have to open it manually. Andrew was courteous, professional and we felt throughout that he "knew his stuff". We would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone looking for similar repair work.

Hi! Wanted to wait a week before responding. I’m laughing about “purchased a new product” - the only thing not new is the wooden door and glass windows. hahahahaha! Original door was installed in December 1981. Zac was impressive- knowledgeable, very helpful. He explained what was needed to update for safety; also new springs as one was about to break. My door is quiet and safe. Thank you Zac for a perfect job very well done!! One thing I think should be different: the invoice should be easier to read . It is incredibly small print. I did print it off, but there were 7 pages and mine started at page #2. I am very satisfied and have recommended Precision Door to friends.

My door opening cable was broken and my car was trapped in my garage on a Saturday. Thankfully Precision Door has 24 hour service. My garage door openers would open but not close the door. I’ve seen the commercials for Precision and gave them a call. Zack M was my tech. He arrived early which is always nice and was very professional. Zack explained what was wrong, what was needed, and I gave the go ahead.
