We appreciated the courteous scheduler who first took our call, the speed to get the appointment, and the professional work by Mike. He was right on time and explained everything that he was going to do. He even provided us with what he felt the cost would be based on his on-site assessment; and then stuck to it. Overall, very pleased with Precision.

Very pleased with ShaRaad, was on time and professional. Answered my questions and he came up with the repair to solve the door and opener issue for me. He had all the parts and tools in the truck. And we discussed a added repair for springtime to help rebuild the garage door for the future. Thank you so much for your help I appreciate it very much.
