I am so happy with the work that was done today. I don't have to worry about did I close my garage door or not anymore. That was always a big problem. No more

I called on a Sunday because the garage door broke, and they were here the next morning. The technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. Fixed the whole thing in a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

Getting an appointment was easy and set up for the day after I called. The technician called prior to his arrival with an ETA. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He listened as I explained what was happening with my newly installed garage door opener. After checking for possible problems he was able to reset the travel functions and correct the sensor issues. He completed a safety inspection and and offered some advised regarding the safety sensors positioning. The garage door operated correctly after he left. I am happy with the results of the service.

Zach did an amazing job! He showed up on time and was polite, courteous and explained everything about the garage to me, including the parts he was going to replace (and also the timeframe/cost for potential future repairs). He was in and out quickly and was a consummate professional. We'd highly recommend Precision Overhead to anyone!

Zach did an excellent job of getting us back up and running with all new hardware, torsion spring etc. While I didn't do the original install, it was done with very little room leaving Zach and his boss a bit of work. They were extremely pleasant, never complained and were extremely knowledgeable. Door hasn't worked this quietly and smoothly in 30 years! All new rollers, spring, axle, cables.

Quick, professional and knowledgeable service to replace garage door opener. Kevin gave good explanation of options without upgrading pressure. Highly recommended establishment.

Came home Friday evening from vacation to a broken torsion spring! Called Precision Garage Door Service late Friday night and had an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. Zack arrived and performed a complete safety inspection of all my door parts and had the new spring installed and balanced in just an hour. Great people to work with, quick turnaround and at a fair price.

Your Service representative took numerous photographs inside my garage without asking or obtaining my permission. I consider this a violation of privacy since he was on my property and inside my garage with the door closed while I was outside the garage. He also made so many references to legalities that I wondered if I might need a lawyer. He left me with the distinct impression that he was there to frighten me into buying a new door. If and when I do buy a new door I doubt it will be from your company.

Hi! Wanted to wait a week before responding. I’m laughing about “purchased a new product” - the only thing not new is the wooden door and glass windows. hahahahaha! Original door was installed in December 1981. Zac was impressive- knowledgeable, very helpful. He explained what was needed to update for safety; also new springs as one was about to break. My door is quiet and safe. Thank you Zac for a perfect job very well done!! One thing I think should be different: the invoice should be easier to read . It is incredibly small print. I did print it off, but there were 7 pages and mine started at page #2. I am very satisfied and have recommended Precision Door to friends.

My door opening cable was broken and my car was trapped in my garage on a Saturday. Thankfully Precision Door has 24 hour service. Zack got here at the earlier time (from 3 to 6 pm) which helped me get things done once he left. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the condition of my door and what I’d need to do in the near future.

My garage door openers would open but not close the door. I’ve seen the commercials for Precision and gave them a call. Zack M was my tech. He arrived early which is always nice and was very professional. Zack explained what was wrong, what was needed, and I gave the go ahead. Once Zack was done, he gave me a tutorial and my owners information. I love how quiet the new motor is, new openers, and Wi-Fi capabilities. Truly appreciate Zack and Precision. Job well done!

I saw your advertisement and decided to try your service. The phone was answered promptly by a friendly lady who promptly took care of getting me a convenient appointment. Michael and Zach arrived promptly, dressed neatly and got right to work . We discussed the problem and solutions available and costs. I made the decision that made me feel safe using the door . Because they carry everything they need the job was done quickly leaving no mess behind. I am very happy with the service . I definitely recommend this company.
