Came home Friday evening from vacation to a broken torsion spring! Called Precision Garage Door Service late Friday night and had an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. Your Service representative took numerous photographs inside my garage without asking or obtaining my permission. I consider this a violation of privacy since he was on my property and inside my garage with the door closed while I was outside the garage.He also made so many references to legalities that I wondered if I might need a lawyer. He left me with the distinct impression that he was there to frighten me into buying a new door. If and when I do buy a new door I doubt it will be from your company.

Hi! Wanted to wait a week before responding. I’m laughing about “purchased a new product” - the only thing not new is the wooden door and glass windows. hahahahaha! Original door was installed in December 1981. Zac was impressive- knowledgeable, very helpful. He explained what was needed to update for safety; also new springs as one was about to break. My door is quiet and safe. Thank you Zac for a perfect job very well done!! One thing I think should be different: the invoice should be easier to read . It is incredibly small print. I did print it off, but there were 7 pages and mine started at page #2. I am very satisfied and have recommended Precision Door to friends.

My door opening cable was broken and my car was trapped in my garage on a Saturday. Thankfully Precision Door has 24 hour service. Zack got here at the earlier time (from 3 to 6 pm) which helped me get things done once he left. He arrived early which is always nice and was very professional. Zack explained what was wrong, what was needed, and I gave the go ahead. Secondly, I want to compliment the work performed today at our home by your technician, Mr. Zach Maki. Mr. Maki was very pleasant and polite and he really knows the business!! He immediately diagnosed our GDO problem and after getting our approval to proceed with the repairs he embarked upon repairing the door right away. I was shocked at how quickly he completed the job.
