He also previously lived in Fairbanks, Alaska with his mom and siblings. When he is not working, he loves spending time with his family. His daughters are his pride and joy. They motivate him to be the best version of himself. When his daughters aren't getting all his attention, he enjoys reading a good book or watching a comedy movie.

Precision was very responsive. My door needed replacement, but the Technician was able to make an adjustment to the springs and replace the cables to ensure dependable service until the new door is available. They communicate very well when to expect the service technician, along with their name and a picture. He presented options for my wife and I to select from, and was neat & professional.

My project simply involved a tune up of an older garage door that was noisy, bouncing, closing crooked, and not closing level. I received an honest evaluation of the issue and clear estimate of the parts & labor. There was no pressure to upgrade or purchase new. Less than an hour later the door was fixed and operates smoothly. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this company!

I’m completely happy w/ my new doors. They were installed faster than I had anticipated. They look great! Even more importantly, I feel safe. My old wooden doors were almost ready to fall when opened. ShaRaad went over everything & did the estimate. He was so helpful & answered all my questions. Michael Shannon installed the doors. He also answered my many questions. He fully went over everything that was done. He showed me how the new doors & locks worked, & he did a great job. Sharrod brought me 3 estimates for my garage door. He installed it when other companies refused because of condition of garage. Sharrod braced my garage while installing my garage door and didn’t charge me for it. The quality of the door is awesome and it works effortlessly as I have no power in garage yet. I have a weak left arm and I can lift the 16 ft door with ease. Precision is on time, professional, and courteous! Great experience!

Great experience! We were in a pinch when our cable broke on a Friday afternoon leaving us with a door which was stuck closed. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get it repaired, but I was lucky to find Precision who is open on the weekend! Prompt, personable service both on the phone and in person. The technician fully explained everything to us and all of our options. He was even able to find me a teacher discount. Highly recommend.

Found Precision on Angi's list. They quickly followed up with a phone call and we scheduled the service. Email the day before service confirmed the visit and time window and provided a bio and picture of our technician. Technician (ShaRaad) called when he was 15 minutes out.
