Sharrod brought me 3 estimates for my garage door. He installed it when other companies refused because of condition of garage. Sharrod braced my garage while installing my garage door and didn’t charge me for it. The quality of the door is awesome and it works effortlessly as I have no power in garage yet. Great experience! We were in a pinch when our cable broke on a Friday afternoon leaving us with a door which was stuck closed. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get it repaired, but I was lucky to find Precision who is open on the weekend! Prompt, personable service both on the phone and in person. Email the day before service confirmed the visit and time window and provided a bio and picture of our technician. Technician (ShaRaad) called when he was 15 minutes out.
