I was given an appointment for the very next day and the technician showed up right on time. He was very friendly and understood the issues that I reported. It was clear that he had also reviewed what was done one year ago. At one point he consulted with his supervisor by phone to verify that what he thought was the best solution was in fact the best solution. It was and it not only solved my issue but it was covered under my warranty so there was no charge. The technician explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Extremely impressive service.

Our overhead garage door had not worked properly for years when one of the main springs broke. Precision sent Andrew the day after we called and he not only replaced the spring, but checked the other parts of our system, explained which parts were worn and should be replaced, and installed a new motor {at our request) so that the door once again functions as it ought to and we no longer have to open it manually. Andrew was courteous, professional and we felt throughout that he "knew his stuff". We would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone looking for similar repair work.

Hi! Wanted to wait a week before responding. I’m laughing about “purchased a new product” - the only thing not new is the wooden door and glass windows. hahahahaha! Original door was installed in December 1981. Zac was impressive- knowledgeable, very helpful. He explained what was needed to update for safety; also new springs as one was about to break. My door is quiet and safe. Thank you Zac for a perfect job very well done!! One thing I think should be different: the invoice should be easier to read . It is incredibly small print. I did print it off, but there were 7 pages and mine started at page #2. I am very satisfied and have recommended Precision Door to friends.

He arrived early which is always nice and was very professional. Zack explained what was wrong, what was needed, and I gave the go ahead. Once Zack was done, he gave me a tutorial and my owners information. I love how quiet the new motor is, new openers, and Wi-Fi capabilities. Truly appreciate Zack and Precision. Job well done!

On Friday I arrived home and just minutes after walking in the house I heard I loud bang from my attached garage. Rushed out to find a cable hanging loose and the door out of commission. Recently I had received a Val-pak booklet with Precision Door inside. I had checked the web and read the reviews and was impressed by the customer comments, so I knew who to contact on Friday. I was surprised I could make a Sunday appointment. Sunday I was contacted by Andrew who asked if he could come earlier. How often does that happen??? He arrived shortly after and assessed the issues with the door. Gave me options for repair and once I made my selection, he completed the work I requested. I could not have asked for better results. I will now recommend Precision to all the homeowners in my development. So impressed with the whole process from start to finish!!!

I contacted Precision Sunday afternoon as my garage door had just broken to where it wouldn't open or close etc. I found their ad online and chose them. I had a next day appoint my with a 2-5P.M. window. Andrew arrived at approximately 2:15 P.M. He examined the situation and explained the possibilities in a manner that I could understand; and gave me the possible costs. He did NOT tried to sell me a brand new door which I thought was going to happen. I inquired about purchasing and having installed a garage door opener. My door was repaired and I now have an automatic door opener which was a last minute request. Andrew was able to complete the job in a very reasonable time. As the ad says, all the materials were in the truck. Andrew was professional, considerate, and comfortable to be around. He deserves a bonus or raise. I will have no problem recommending this company to anyone who requires services in this area.

Andrew was excellent. Gave detailed estimate before starting the job. Cable had recently broken on a door installed by another company in 2000. Repairs were made in a very timely fashion. The ad "everything on the truck" is catchy and meaningful. Also knowing that your hours aren't just 9:00-5:00 is encouraging. Andrew was able to provide us with a new door opener - ours was no longer working - the new one was indeed on the truck. Andrew was very professional, very pleasant, and made sure we were familiar with the opening and closing of the door before he left. It was much easier to open and close by hand if we had no power. Couldn't do it before. Would definitely call you again, and Andrew is a "keeper".
